So far, this heating pad has been working really well. It heats up quickly, and the size (20"x24") is generous, covering my back or wrapping around my legs and shoulders with ease. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and I love that it offers both dry and moist heat options depending on what I need. It also has an auto shut-off feature, which gives me peace of mind if I doze off or get distracted. The controls are easy to use, and the cord is long enough to use it from my couch or bed without any hassle. I tend to burn out heating pads after several months of regular use, so I’m curious to see how this one holds up. Works well, and was a replacement for a well worn, old heat pad. This is larger, warmer and with the auto shut off timer, I can set it, and go to sleep. Nice!

Haven't even bothered to use this product as yet. Fact is, I opened the compact box and, with the pad, out came a glossy piece of paper that indicated all the things one CAN'T do with this thing. My intent was to put in in a pillow case and lay it between me and my recliner. You can't lay on it (though its a heating "PAD"). You can't sit on it. You can't lean against anything with it. In fact, you can only place it on you with not so much as a blanket over it. I already have plenty of heating gadgets that attach to your back, your legs, shoulders, neck, etc. I have no idea what I'll do with this "Pad" now but its not much use for what I intended. Though I discovered tiny warnings in the ad, after the fact, I'd suggest the company place the warning sheet from the box in their ad (but then they'd sell fewer, in all likelihood). ... show more

Love this heating pad. It’s a great size, very soft and machine washable. It has six settings for heat that have a wide range. The only thing I don’t like is there is no “on,” setting.
