I bought this heated eye mask hoping for some relief from the constant dry, gritty feeling I get after long days in front of a computer and wearing contacts. I’ve tried the microwaveable masks before, but they never stayed warm long enough and were inconvenient. This mask turned out to be exactly what I needed. The first thing I noticed was how soft and comfortable it feels. The purple shell looks nice, but more importantly it’s washable and even replaceable, which makes it feel more hygienic compared to other masks I’ve owned. Since it’s cordless, I don’t have to sit tethered to an outlet or worry about wires getting in the way. I can relax in bed or on the couch, and the charge lasts me for several sessions before needing to plug it in again. The mask heats up quickly and stays consistently warm. There are multiple temperature levels, so I experimented a bit until I found the one that feels perfect for me. Some nights I just want gentle warmth to relax, while on other nights, especially when I feel sinus pressure, I use the higher setting. Either way, it never cools off halfway through, which is a problem I’ve had with cheaper products. After a week of nightly use, my eyes started feeling noticeably better in the mornings. I’m saying 4 stars so far. It’s comfortable, and comforting. Bonus was not only did it soothe my eyes ,but my finicky sinuses felt better after 15 min. of warmth. I hope it will keep me from having to get back on prescription dry-eye drops since the supplement made for dry eyes does not work for me any more. I dispute the claim that on one charge you will get four full (15 min) uses. I got three.

I LOVE this eye mask! It is super silky and pillowy soft. It has extra material around the nose part to block out light. It fits a little more snug than other eye masks, but in order to feel the warming effects, it has to be a little snug. The mask is so pillowy that the snug fit doesn’t bother me. The heat has three level options so you can choose what is most comfortable. I love the auto shut off because I can fall asleep and not worry about it being on all night. The warmth and the fit feel like an eye hug! So soothing to fall asleep with. The mask comes with a second cover so you can change it out, or share with a partner without having to use the same material touching your face.

I love the convenience of not having to heat this in the microwave. It’s also nice that it comes with a second cover so you can alternate washing. Heating my eyes helps draw out all these oils so the second cover is really handy. This has really helped my dry eyes. The battery life is great. The strap is comfortable- no Velcro to get stuck in my hair or make the back lopsided and uncomfortable. Very happy with this purchase.

This mask is so soothing that it will put you to sleep. So it's good it has a 15 min timer. If I want more, I just press the button on mask will wearing it. Of the 3 heat levels, I use the first, the hottest, because I have very deep set eyes so mask doesn't contact as well. I can do about 4 - 15 min sessions before recharging which it does quickly. I like that it came with 2 silky covers that come off/on easy so my husband uses one color and I use the other. I can not confirm how much less dry my eyes are. I do think there is improvement but I don't use every day. Feels wonderful! I keep by bed because sometimes I wake up and have trouble getting back to sleep. This mask will put you to sleep quickly.
