  • cheaper than a face lift and keeps my nostrils open.
Size: Large (Pack of 4)
I lost 150 lb and so had a saggy face when I slept on my side. My cheek skin slid over and almost closed off my nostril when I slept on my side. The lower nostril was on the pillow and sometimes was compressed as well. Doctor said only solution was face lift or CPAP( this would force air into nose) No money for a face lift, weight loss cured sleep apnea, and I was snoring a lot and not sleeping well. Got these nasal dilators and problem solved! NO snoring. Have used for several years and just now got new ones. Very pleased. Soft and comfortable. If you have true sleep apnea these are NOT going to help as your problem is lower in throat/mouth area. ... show more

  • Very comfortable
Size: Medium (Pack of 4)
I was using a harder plastic nasal dilator for assistance with breathing while sleeping but it was making the inside of my nostrils sore. These are silicone and are more flexible than the ones I was using. I've only used them for one night so far (just got them yesterday) but so far I am really liking these -- especially for comfort. When my breathing issue arises I am hoping these are as effective as the harder products. ... show more

  • Keeps your nostrils open
Size: Large (Pack of 4)
Product comes in a nice box that does not state where it is made, although when I researched this, it appears to be made in China like most products. The four nasal dilators come in a sturdy plastic container. Upon handling these soft dilators, I had initial doubts that they would indeed keep my nostrils open. I have been using harder, sturdier ones with no difficulty for years but needed more and didn't want to order dilators of varying sizes (most products) that I would not use. Hence, I opted to try these same-size ones. The flexible plastic notwithstanding, they actually do keep my nostrils open well so I can breathe at night which is a plus. However, I find that I have to treat these much more delicately when placing them in my nostrils and also while cleaning them. I would say that they are somewhat harder to place than hard plastic ones due to their soft pliable nature and also because I try hard to not inadvertently bend them or twist them in a way that would cause breakage, especially of the thin center strip that holds the two sides together. Time will tell how long these last. I will note that the product insert states that these "must be replaced every one to three months for hygienic reasons," although I have always used my nasal dilators indefinitely until I either lose them or they break. These aren't cheap. I clean mine very gently with regular antibacterial hand soap and leave them to air dry. This would be a good choice for those who find hard dilators uncomfortable or irritating. I have deducted one point due to questionable durability and will update my review at a later date. ... show more

  • Unfortunately NOT the same Product
Size: X-Large (Pack of 4)
I’m really disappointed with the new version of the product. It’s completely different from what I received before. The material feels hard and cheap, and it’s very uncomfortable to use. It actually hurts my nose, which defeats the whole purpose of buying it. The previous one was much softer and better quality, but this feels poorly made and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it unless the material is improved. Definitely not purchasing again. ... show more

  • They worked some of the time
Size: Large (Pack of 4)
I got these for help keep my nostrils from closing up while I sleep. Stuffy nostrils wake me up and keep me from returning to sleep. Most nights they worked well, but not all nights. They take some getting used to. And one night they seemed to make one nostril bleed slightly.

  • Solves the breathe / sleep problem
Size: X-Large (Pack of 4)
My nose gets stuffed easily, and so I’ve worn nose strips for 30 years when I sleep, and will probably wear them for the rest of my life. However, if I want to take a nap, even a long nap, I can’t wear a nose strip because that is at least an 8-hour commitment. If you wear a nose strip for a nap, good luck taking it off without tearing the skin off your nose. However, the Snore Bastion nasal dilators are great for opening up the nasal passages, and therefore they work well for naps. If you have a cold or some other reason that causes more than usual clogged nasal passages, you can combine a nose strip with Snore Bastion dilators and you’ll breathe really well. I recommend the extra-large even if you don’t have a large nose, because the entire length of the dilator does not need to go into the nose. As far as snoring goes, I can’t comment on that because I sleep alone, and if I snore, I don’t ever hear it. ... show more

  • Works well
Size: Medium (Pack of 4)
I was skeptical about if these would work and afraid of sores developing in my nose. I wasn't sure which size I would need, so I ordered both medium and large. I started trying the medium and it worked well. I did start to get a sore spot on my nostril with the deviated septum. The dilator went up too far and was rubbing against wall of my nostril. I fixed it by cutting that side a little shorter and apply nasal moisturizer on the dilators before putting them in. I had no problem with them falling out during my sleep. I could immediately tell that my air intake through my nose was a lot better. I stayed with the medium size for about a week. I decided to try the large size to see if they would be better. They open my nostrils a bit more. I use these in conjunction with mouth tape. I wear a smart watch that monitors my O2 levels during sleep and noticed that before the dilators, my levels dropped down into the low 80's and sometimes 70's, which is pretty scarey. And that was with the magnetic device that opens your nasal. While using these dilators, my O2 levels during sleep are in the 90's, much better! While I do still snore, it is not near as loud as it used to be. I recommend these. If the inside of your nose gets irritated, try using nasal moisturizer and keep trying to use them until your nasal get used to them. ... show more
