Overall this worked really well for my speaker wire project. Had to run a bunch of wire with heat shrink wraps through this while it was in the standing position (heat facing the ceiling). The heat settings and the attachment worked amazing. But it's not very sturdy in the standing position, one bump and it falls over. While running that's not good. But you can prop it up between something and works well otherwise. Plus it comes with a lot of extras which was nice. Worth the value! ... show more

It is medium weight, very manageable. At this time I only use it for acrylic pours but there are many types of projects this heating gun would fit. It has extra attachments.

Love the temperature adjustability. Has been used a number of times now with no issues. I noted that they show it self standing with the nozzle pointing up in the pictures, but it tips over so easily, I wouldn’t recommend trying to use it that way.
