There is a microphone attachment that you plug into the main unit that allows you to focus your hearing in a single, isolated spot versus hearing everything surrounding you. The cables connecting to the unit are very long and allow for more than adequate adjustment for you to hear what you want to hear specifically. There is a volume knob attached with simple operation and the charging feature is a standard cable that plugs into a USB port on a laptop or with the included adapter into the wall. I was able to hear my phone playing audio at a more than comfortable level even though my phone was turned the lowest it could be set before becoming mute. Sound came in clearly, though if using this near other electrical devices, be sure not to be too close as you may experience interference.

I was somewhat hesitant to buy these but then I decided for the price I just couldn’t go without trying them. I’m 83 and could not afford 5-6000 dollars for hearing aids. So I got these and oh my goodness they are the best. So comfortable, and I hear every little word now. It’s totally amazing this little tiny thing that fits in your ears but wow they may be little but what a punch they pack. I love love them!! I would absolutely buy again.

I had gotten previously a set of hearing aids recommended by my doctor. The price was much higher than this set, and I was not very satisfied with them. I hear much better with my new hearing aids and now I wear them every day. The fact that I do not have to change batteries is an added bonus.

My wife ordered these for me and I'm glad she did I worked in a factory for years and didn't realize the amount of hearing loss I had because it was gradual I would recommend these to anybody the affordable prices are what made us order them in the first place Thank you so much

I got my Iroger Hearing aid, and let me tell you, it's working great for me! I love the Auto-Gain-Control feature. I don't have to fiddle around with settings or worry about adjusting the volume constantly. The device automatically adjusts the gain to ensure that I hear everything clearly. It's like they designed it just for me! The one-knob control is so simple, I can easily figure it out. With just a twist, I can power it on, adjust the volume, and power it off. No complicated buttons or menus to deal with. And speaking of power, this thing is rechargeable! Plus, it charges super fast – like, in just an hour, I'm good to go for another 120 hours! That's more than enough time to get through whole week. But the best part of all? The directional noise-canceling mic. I used to struggle so much with background noise – it felt like I was always trying to listen through a wall of sound. But with this mic, it's like the background noise just disappears.
