The sound quality on these is pretty good! It does pick up quite a bit of unwanted background noise, like the hum of a refrigerator, but I'm not sure how much of that someone with hearing loss would notice. I bought these for my grandfather, who likes them because they don't hang over the back of his ear like his other hearing aids. The touch control is simple enough once you get used to it, though it's easy to accidentally change the volume or toggle noise canceling mode when adjusting their position in your ear.
