I have had two surgeries in 7 months, so I am trying to eat healthily and use products that will boost my immune system. As well as for the members of my household, especially as we start to head into cold and flu season. This is a nice high dose of Vitamin C to give your immune system that extra boost. Each bottle is a 30-day supply (so two capsules per day), so each capsule is 500 mgs. These are capsules that I find to be average to slightly smaller than average size. Especially for what is all in them. If you have trouble swallowing them, they might be an issue for you, but I didn’t have any trouble at all. You don’t need to take a lot of them. The one thing that I have a concern about is the bottle itself. It is super easy to open. I would not recommend this for a household with children in it. It is not childproof at all. They will see it as a toy or candy dispenser possibly depending on their age. The redeeming factor is that they are not chewable, so if a child were to bite into one of these, hopefully, they would not taste very good. You can still twist off the lid, and not use the dispenser, or put the pills into some other container if need be. I find that it twists very easily, and would be likely to spill. ... show more

The size of these vitamin C supplements are perfectly sized and go down nice and easy No bad after taste or anything I really like the 1000mg of vitamin C they provide as it’s definitely helped boost my immune system and keep me from getting sick during cold/flu season. I also really like the packaging as it’s super easy to access your daily dose. Although not child-proof So you may want to keep them up and out of sight of the littles I’d absolutely recommend these! There are two bottles and each bottle has 1000 mg capsules, to be used as a daily supplement. Most people know the benefits of vitamin C and the need for an immune-boosting supplement with everything going on. The bottle cap is interesting, as it allows dispensing of one capsule as you twist the cap so you do not have to open the whole bottle. The bottles are hard plastic, so there's no fear of glass shattering if it accidentally falls out of your hand. The capsules are a standard size and easy to swallow. First thing I noticed is how easy the little is to open and dispense pills. This could be for better or for worse. Great for those with weak hands such as arthritic individuals, but also makes it easy for kids to get access to it. Thankfully it's just vitamin C, but even that at high doses could be very problematic, so please be responsible with these if you have children! Otherwise the capsules have no flavor or odor. 1 a day is quick and simple step to feeling healthy and boosting your immune system. high dosage of vitamin C really helps prevent sickness and also alleviate symptoms when you're already sick. I do like taking a high dose vitamin supplement when I'm sick and I do it a few times throughout the day. Its effective and better than taking other medicine. You can supplement this with a good amount of fruits and vegetables, and some solid protein to really help you boost your immune system and flush it out.
