No USB C to USB C. No USB 3. Ugh.
Style: Gigastand USB
No USB C to USB C - so no laptop charging. No USB 3 - no fast audio data transfer. This is old tech being sold at todays prices. Looks great - frame is utilitarian. Still not pragmatic bc it’s antiquated tech.
Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2023 by There is a USB C out (to your laptop) but there is NO USB C from the wall charger to the laptop stand. So there is NO laptop charging capacity from the stand - you still have a long cable going from the wall to your now elevated laptop on a “usb” hub stand. There are NO USB 3 ports (only USB 2.0) which are better for audio transfer anytime DJing with software, phase, hard drives or usb sticks. Looks great but the usb tech is a few years behind and should have been updated for this price. Disappointed.
Worth it!
Style: Gigastand USB
I like it as a replacement for my non rotating stand. Just wish the arms were able to adjust horizontally to be able to make it more compact. And the USB charging port is hit or miss. Would kind of preferred it plugged in on its own.
