This snug hat hugs your head perfectly to relieve any headache. The material is super soft to make wearing it comfortable. The actual ice pack part itself is not bulky at all, the only thing to watch out for is not to put the cap on directly out of the freezer as it may stick to your head.

I was surprised at how effective it was. However, I had to gradually get used to wearing it, starting with less than 5 min. The cold made it worse at first. But I tried it again and I could wear it longer. My headache was somewhat less, which was very helpful that day.

I love this. I have another one that has a bunch of little packets in it and it’s not nearly as good bc it’s difficult to lay down in it. I will often use this to sleep bc I love the compression and it’s a little cool even when it hasn’t been in the fridge or freezer. I love it and I got it on sale too! Highly recommend. ... show more
