Fortunately, the chair arrived perfectly and in perfect shape. I had written to ask whether it comes assembled or not, and if so, whether the tools would be included or not. I also asked (in case the tools didn't come included), which Allen (hex) wrenches were required. Sadly, I received no response from OFFICE LOGIX SHOP Store: not through their website email and not through the Amazon page. As a result, I had to wait until receiving the chair, which was not completely assembled. There were no tools and no instructions, so I finally just purchased a multi-set of Allen wrenches and just picked one that fit. (They are not marked, so I can't tell you which one fit.) I am very happy with the chair, just not with the complete lack of response from the OFFICE LOGIX SHOP Store. ... show more

    • I tried. It never gets comfortable.
I've tried sitting in this in every way possible, adjusting the lumbar support, getting a foot rest, sitting at various heights / angles / etc. This chair just isn't comfortable. The worst part is that it's refurbished so I there's no satisfaction guarantee or anything, so I can't send it back. Waste of $800. ... show more

Remastered Product was as described. Clean, well packaged. For me the fit/size isn't exactly what I had hoped, the seat feels a bit short. Would love to have the opportunity to return for a larger size without expense, but I do understand why this isn't available on a "remastered" item. I ordered two of these chairs, one each for my and my wife's home offices. The chairs were well packaged and shipped quickly. Neither chair showed any signs of previous use and both work perfectly and are equipped as described.
