Love this chair. Super comfortable, even after hours on my computer. Arm rests are the perfect height for me. 2 years in it snapped at the main support on left side. I weigh 200 pounds. I reached out to customer service. They sent a replacement part immediately, which took about a week to get here. I grabbed the package off the porch this morning and fished around for an Allen key, got off the old, broken, arm and went to throw on the new one… it’s the right part, for the wrong side. My back hurts from sitting in my wife’s smaller, crappier chair. I could cry. I just want my comfy chair again. 5/7 ... show more

I've been using this chair for about six months and have been very pleased with it, especially after kind of settling into it. The assembly was pretty easy once I got over my confusion about which way the arms went on (I seem to be kind of challenged that way sometimes, lol!) and I was able to do it by myself in under an hour. The chair is VERY heavy duty - a pleasant surprise! - and is very comfortable. For reference, I am a 5'8", 350-pound woman. I haven't had any of the problems others have mentioned, but will update this review if that changes. As far as I am concerned, this is a great buy for us larger folks! ... show more

This chair was relatively easy to assemble, although I prefer not to use allen wrenches. Everyone should have screwdrivers and it would be an easier installation. I gave it four stars as one of the holes for the arm was not tapped correctly and the screw would not go in all the way. It did come with a spare screw; I tried using that and it had the same issue confirming the hole tapping was off somehow. ... show more

Chair with the PU Leather is fine. Overall I would give it a thumbs up. Especially after a couple fixes. First fix installed larger diameter wheels. the wheels that came with it were a bit small and so it did not roll smoothly over grooves in the wood flooring or anything small. Two the chair was too straight up, the ergonomics was messed up because of it and took way too much energy to rock and did not lean back far enough. I put spacers between the chair base and the bracket, with a bit longer screws and now it is perfect. the ergonomics is comfortable, rocks way easier and leans back slightly further and far more comfortably. The only remaining problem is the Head rest needs a bit more padding to stick out a little further for proper head support. when you lean back. What a difference the slight mods made that made the chair fully compfortable and ergonomic. Plus the arms fold up nicely and I can hold a guitar more comfortably. ... show more

I will give a full review after I have had the chance to test out the chair. Upon first sit however, it is visually appealing, plush and mostly comfortable. Ergonomics are "OK-ish", the rocking is awkward as its still very stiff. I have hip issues and need a cushion that wont cause pressure points at the end of the day, so we will see how this goes. 1/12/2023 - Pressure points are better. However Chair mechanics are so stiff I cannot lean back in it. (No the lock is not engaged) Makes it somewhat uncomfortable when I need to unwind for a minute. Ergonomics are still ok. It feels a little like the front of the chair is lower than the back so I have the sensation of slipping forward which is not great. I have adjusted it, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. 01/19/2022 So I received an email from Hbada after my review, they are sending a new chair! They have gone above and beyond to try and help rectify my issues! Absolutely happy with their service! For this I have updated my review and the amount of stars if for nothing else that fact that they cared about my comfort. 1/26/2023 I received my replacement chair and it functions great. I am cradled well in the seat and the mechanics are functioning the way they should. I have noticed a difference with my hip issue in the last few weeks even with the other chair that wasn't comfortable.     • Instructions & base installation are unnecessarily difficult.

The instructions have nearly no detail and the pictures attached to help guide you through the installation have about 2 & 1/2 pixels. The chair is easy enough to assemble if you’ve ever had to put a chair together before, with the exception of the base. Attaching the legs to the base is actually ridiculous with the sheer amount of force I had to put in to get them to attach properly. I don’t know if I had maybe a faulty set of legs, but I am not a small man and basically got a full arm workout in trying to force these legs into their slots attached to the base. My right hand was bleeding by the end of it. With that being said, the chair is comfortable enough. It’s a chair. Nothing to complain about and nothing really to praise, there are far better and far worse. ... show more
