This metal detector is great for me ! I have used it for a few days and have found a lot of stuff. Coins, old metal items etc. Everything was packed and was very easy to set up and use. The only thing I would recommend is to get a garden tool or other shovel. Reason being is the supplied shovel is probably pretty good for sandy soil or soil that can easily be dug into. However, here in NC, my soil is heavy, reddish dirt, with tons of rocks. I actually bent the shovel very easily so, if you are like me, and don't have the ol' tiller around, then maybe get a better shovel. I use my old entrenching tool . Thanks !

I just bought this metal detector and so far I'm satisfied with this equipment. I used it twice already and it detects what is supposed to detect, but so far no luck on good stuff yet.

The product is sharp looking The set up for metal type sounds difficult so I couldn’t do it. If you are good at reading directions and enjoy mental stimulation of this type then give it a shot. Otherwise go with a beginner model

Detector is kind of flimsy when you unfold it I suspect it would not last very long as far as build quality goes,, Detector has a lag in recovery speed,, Otherwise it's simple to operate but you might want to think otherwise,,
