  • Does kill bugs but also burned my pumpkin leaves
Weight: 128.0 ounces
I have a pumpkin patch that is doing really well and then I suddenly saw hundreds of eggs for squash bugs, some already hatched, and were all on the underside of the pumpkin leaves. I needed something quick and this was the only brand that would send it to me within a day so I purchased this. Everyone raves about how Neem oil is supposed to kill bugs but is delicate to vegetables and other growth so I'm not sure what happened because my pumpkin leaves got burnt the next day. I targeted the bugs on the underside of the leaves and right upon contact of the Neem oil, it immediately killed them. I sprayed all of the eggs but I still see them attached to the leaves so I'm still not sure if they are all dead and dormant, but no activities after a few days of spraying. I sprayed the leaves at night (about dusk time and it wasn't an incredibly hot night), and the next morning I went out to the patch (this is about 8am and the sun has not even touched this area yet, probably about 75 degrees) and all the leaves that I sprayed are all burnt. Not the whole leaf, just the portions of the eggs. There are no instructions on the bottle about diluting only to just spray directly onto the plants. I avoided times of sunlight so I don't understand why it burnt the leaves. So use with caution. Does kill bugs and prevent infestation, even killed some Japanese Beetles on our potato leaves and corn stalks, but will most likely burn leaves so be cautious. ... show more

  • Better for prevention
Weight: 128.0 ounces
This product did not have an immediate affect on the aphids that were infesting my potted mums. Aphids work very fast in destroying a plant. So I had to use diluted Dawn soap to kill them. Then I used the Neem oil to prevent them from coming back. It has to be sprayed every 10 to 14 days to keep them away. ... show more

  • Worked on Powdery mildew
Weight: 20.0 ounces
My peony plants were covered with powdery mildew. I tried the home remedy of milk with water but that didn't work. I heard about neem oil and decided to try this spray and it worked really. I saw a big difference the next day. The biggest challenge is probably spraying the underside of the leaves.

  • It works & it's less expensive over time, but it is a pain to spray
Weight: 128.0 ounces
I have a lot of plants and apparently live in an area with a LOT of bugs. Companion planting is almost like inviting every plant-eating bug to a big party, where the predator bugs aren't as hungry as they supposedly should be. I've used concentrate versions of these types of sprays, but it's tricky to measure the proper level of each liquid, since the bottles I have aren't huge industrial sized deals. I recently used a 24-oz bottle of Natria's ready-to-use Neem-oil based product & it worked truly fantastically, from application ease to results. But I went through it too quickly, one trip around the yard & it was done. This big bottle seemed the right solution, price-wise per unit. EXCEPT this bottle doesn't have that sort of square on/off/wide spray/narrow spray attachment that many bottles have, but a twisting knob with no markings. It can take some fiddling to get it where I need it and then, after a handful of squeezing the trigger with the right setting, it begins to clog, so end up spraying air & bits of foam until the clog clears and then too much comes out at once. It seems that all agricultural product bottles seem to have varying trouble with clogs, but spraying this product has been one of the most irritating. I don't know if it's the bottle or what this solution would do with any bottle. Either way, it's a pain I'm not sure is worth the money savings. ... show more

  • Good for a small number of plants
Weight: 20.0 ounces
This spray is good if you have a small number of plants, I went through it pretty fast in my vegetable garden. It seems to work well on the plants, but as you get to the bottom of the bottle, it gets harder to spray out. I will probably try a concentrate you mix yourself next time due to how fast I went through it. ... show more

  • NON TOXIC WAY TO PROTECT TREE AND PLANTS
Weight: 20.0 ounces
I truly like the formula is premixed and ready to use. Neem oil has an odd smell to me, but as long as it helps to prevent bugs from destroying my crepe myrtle, it really doesn't matter.

  • Effective, Easy To Use, Surprisingly Economical - Goes a long way for 'spot' control.
Weight: 20.0 ounces
Effective, Easy To Use, Surprisingly Economical - Goes a long way for 'spot' control. Spring (Cool, wet, new growth) control of fungus, mites etc. - Spot application seems very helpful getting new growth established.
