My husband and I bought two G50 E-bikes. They are very sturdy and well-made. The only problem for me is that the seat is not adjustable and I am quite short, 5 feet. My son-in-law has ridden it more than anyone! He loves it and wants to buy the e bike that I am too short to ride. Everyplace he has ridden it he gets many lookers and comments about how sharp is.! I bought two of these Happy Run Electric Bikes. They arrived on July 7, 2024. Both were easy to assemble. One is still in proper working condition. The second bike has been out of commission since the second day. I reached out to the seller to let the seller know about the defective part. See picture - the back tire and tubing never did fit properly and then it’s completely flat making the bike unable to be used or ridden. Response time was slow and we finally agreed upon the seller refunding me $200, sending new tire and tubing and back shelf. It is August 27, 2024 and still no refund of money or replacement part for the bike. The description says 30 day refund - but as you can see from the time these bikes were ordered until now it’s been way over 30 days. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed and I would leave no star review if I could. I wouldn’t recommend this company because the customer obviously doesn’t come first nor does the customer satisfaction. Update 12.16.24 Received new tire - 🛞 still need to install. Seller has been responsive to fix issue. You won’t get a full refund of money but at least you will get the parts needed to fix bike and some money refunded for the repair and defects and some extras added for the inconvenience.     • Inexpensive but lack quality
I’ll start with the good. They are fast and fun to ride. Decent battery life. Good size for an adult I’m 5-9”. The bad: The seat is unbearably hard and uncomfortable. The front tires (I bought two bikes) are not aligned right from the factory one them even rubs the fork at times. The valve stems ripped off the tubes on the back tires of both bikes while riding. ON BOTH BIKES. I replaced the front tubes as well to avoid that happening again. One of the front tires had a bulge which made the bike wobble so had to replace that the same day I got them. The brakes are not good so don’t plan on stopping fast. They need a much bigger braking system for these bikes and their speed. I adjusted them but made no difference. If you run them at full speed the most you will get out of them is a 3-4 miles. One of the chargers did not work still waiting on replacement. If you want a cheap e-bike this fits the bill but the quality is not great. ... show more

Bikes are amazing upon receipt. Assembly is easy and my boys really enjoy them. The issue is parts are not available and they seem to break pretty easily. The brakes are terrible and have gone through brake pads in less than 3 months (many weeks of this time too cold so they werent even ridden). When i go to the website for replacement parts there are never any available for this model. Very frustrating for something so expensive. ... show more

I Purchased two of the bikes. Really amazing price. The bikes are super awesome and fast 💨 🤩🤩. I just had an issue with one of the bikes. The back tire popped out of the rim and the air of the tire kept coming out. I contacted the seller, I was help super fast. They send me a replacement. Thank you so much! ... show more

This bike is much better than the motan I purchased from amazon 4 years ago. Better features at half the price. Motan lasted around 3 years before the motor and controller fried. This bike was cheeper than fixing the motan.

I have clocked 400 miles on my happy run g50 and so far nothing major has happened that is solely the manufacturers fault. When the few knocks did happen it was mostly an error on my part and even then the customer service was more than helpful. I remember getting something out of the box broken and though it took a while to get to me. I got it replaced for $free.99. I am about to invest in another battery for milage because I prefer to ride full electric and the range of travel I would love to explore is much wider. I have been complimented thoroughly on its design and it sturdiness. If you are thinking about getting one, JUST DO IT! ... show more
