I am not new to add-on aftermarket bidets, and have been using them for over the past 6 years. With multiple bathrooms and helping other family members install them, I've had experience installing and using at least half a dozen different brands of them, so I definitely have some comparison points. Performance-wise, once installed, this bidet is actually my favorite one. The water valves feel like they are high quality brass with some heft to them, and are not just plastic like I have seen on other products. The angles of the spray nozzles are perfect, hitting right where they need to be (I've had to get rid of other bidets because of how bad the spray angles were). Pressure-wise, even with the pressure cranked up all the way, it is kept to a comfortable working pressure, so it can get the job done without causing pain from too much water pressure. The controls are nice and intuitive. I like the fact that there are 2 separate knobs, one for water pressure, and one for the spray location (back/nozzle clean/front), as I find single knob dual spray bidets to be confusing and annoying. This bidet comes with a steel braided supply hose. I have mixed feelings about this, as from a durability standpoint, there is no doubt that steel braided tube is going to be a lot more durable over time, there is something to be said for the "clear plastic tubing" option in that the steel braided tube can't be trimmed to fit, so the tubing is likely a lot longer than needed in most use cases. With all these benefits, it may seem odd that I'm only giving this 4 stars. And, well, that comes down to a really dumb design decision that only serves to make installation harder than it needs to be, and leaves visible scarring on the bidet assembly once it's installed. This is the only bidet I've personally ever seen where the mounting bracket is in TWO PIECES, instead of the entire bidet being a single piece. This requires "snapping" the two pieces together, except that I found that they did not fit together all that well, and so I ended up having to pound it together with a 1lb rubber mallet, and even with that, the two pieces do not line up perfectly and sit at slightly different heights. The floating rings that have the slots for the toilet seat bolts to go through are also removable, so I was constantly dropping them on the floor while working on the installation process (every other bidet I've installed, those rings were permanently held in by the mounting bracket). Then, once the thing is fully installed, there is a very visible seam where the two pieces meet, which, let's face it, is going to collect with dirt and other debris, and make cleaning more difficult/impossible. The big question is...WHY? The only explanation I can come up with is that it allows the manufacturer to get away with using a slightly smaller cardboard box to retail pack the bidet units on the shelf, and that's really not worth the tradeoff when it means the finished product is objectively worse off than if that wasn't done. ... show more

I don't think there is much to say - Always wanted one, just didn't wanna spend the huge amount of money on a toilet that has one already installed. I opted for this and it's pretty nice! I wish you could have a function where you could heat up the water as it can be a little uncomfortable but that's about the only thing I have to complain about. So far it's holding up great, I didn't install it in the master bathroom but in the guest toilet so it doesn't get used as often but it does the job every time nonetheless. ... show more

    • Does what it should
Well as you can see this is not a fancy bidet, but I don't mind it, I put it in a guest bathroom and use it occasionally. The water is not heated but it works as it should and is still pretty refreshing. The install only took about 10 minutes as well.

This unit was easy to install. It fit right under the toilet seat brackets and was secured in place by the existing bolts. It works on Water power, and the controls are easy to under stand. I will not be going back to the old way of sanitation.

This add-on bidet comes with everything you need, including silicone tape. The installation was Tool-free for me in less than 20 minutes, and installed leak-free on the first try. This plastic bidet has good build quality and very low profile. Once installed, the low-profile toilet seat still sat flush and I did not need the included bumpers to straighten out the seat. As far as the looks are concerned, it looks good, even though the control arm is kinda offset from the side on my particular toilet. The only thing I am not a fan of, is the way the water supply hose is routed (or rather, is NOT routed): The hose is just hanging there and it takes away from the sleek look. This bidet works very well.. Pressure is adjustable and there are 2 individual nozzles, one for the back and one for the front, which can be selected with one of the dials. In my opinion, you cannot beat this for the price. Given the price of toilet paper nowadays, this is sure to pay for itself in no-time! And I am no longer worried about people hoarding toilet paper either! ... show more

    • My first bidet and so easy
I’ve never had a bidet before and actually never even tried one. I found them intimidating. I liked that this one seemed simple and also had the rear and female nozzles so I decided to give it a try. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up. It would have only taken 15 minutes but it kept leaking at the part that goes into the toilet tank. I finally figured out it was because the rubber washer wasn’t seated properly. So double check that it’s pressed all the way down and sitting evenly before installing and it should be quick and painless. Once assembled it works pretty well and is easy to operate. This is water coming straight from the pipes though so be careful as it can be very cold. I did notice a tiny stream that seemed particularly high powered compared to the rest and kind of stung a bit but adjusting the knob to the perfect spot can get rid of it. I had to install it in our master bathroom because if it was in any other bathrooms my toddlers would make a huge mess with it so keep that in mind. Overall I’m pretty excited about it. I may not use it every time but it’s nice to have the option and I’m glad I finally tried one. ... show more
