The shipping is good and all parts look good too. However, from the instruction, I couldn't find how to fill the water/sand. It only said through the hole but there is NO hole at all? Am I supposed to drill a hole to fill water/sand by myself? Update: just figured in the middle is a cap which can be removed before adding water/sand. I didn't notice that because it seals the entry so well. Very good product and my 12 yrs boy loves it.

First what is good, it was assembled by my 12 year old boy in less than two hours. He was excited about and I was too What is horrible, the hight extension rod has no holes to be extended and be held in place by the screws they provide. I sent a Custmer question here and I got no reply. In the second day my son starts to play and box it to have the upper punching ball broke right away. I called Amazon and provide pictures of the defects and waiting for the reply. I have dreamed of my son using it and enjoying it but it was a fail

I love this thing. It's a great addition to my workouts with my heavy bag. Took me awhile to fill the thing up with sand, but we'll worth the time. Easy to assemble, and doesn't smack me too hard when I mess up!

I put a mixture of water and sand in it and the water leaked out of it onto my floor for 2 days. Also the balls only blow up so far, then they leak air if you try to fill them up to a tight ball. I feel that this was a waste of money for me. It wasn’t really what I was expecting it to be. But I still do use it a bit. I wish that I had sent it back honestly. Imo it really isn’t good for much. But someone else just might find a use for it. I might put it on the curb for someone to take.

I got this item for my 10 year old son and the second day of use one of the parts just broke. I was trying to find the way to contact the seller but i couldn’t find that option maybe they can send me a replacement for the damaged part.
