it was a little difficult to assemble a but not to bad.. I did assemble the panels one at a time a found easier that way.. but overall its a real nice Gazebo , Very nice in size and look. I also recommend to install anchors at the corners with straps to insure it is secure to the deck or the ground. I live in Okla. and I will see how it will hold in the wind and storms.. Ever try to put something together with your spouse? If not, this gets extremely frustrating! Really wish the company would make it easy to find a video. **update** We got to the end of it and found we were missing a piece. Contacted the seller and they immediately sent replacement parts. Their service was very good. Overall we are very satisfied with the product. It has provided our very sunny backyard with great shade and my husband just installed a ceiling fan inside!! Took about 6 hours in total to put this together with 2 people. Instructions were clear. The only thing for the amount of money I spent that I’m unhappy with is fraying along the linen by the zipper right out of package and rain gets through in a few places! Now that could mean we need to readjust some panels on top but it’s definitely a let down ... show more

I am updating my review to reflect the sequence of events. Item arrived Damaged & defective. Almost all of the poles arrived bent and when assembled, there were large holes in roof. Seller initially refused to provide a full refund despite supplying multiple photos. The seller initially offered me a refund of $100, then half, then a refund minus the original shipping costs ($200) despite acknowledging that the product is defective and that their own policy is to provide a full refund including shipping charges. After 3 weeks of going back and forth, 15 messages between the seller and I and filing a claim to amazon, I eventually had a supervisor reach out to me. He offered me a full refund. I am giving this a 3 star because I eventually got my refund, but I shouldn’t have had to go through all that hassle for this to happen. ... show more

Assembling this was a bit of a challenge but the videos online were very helpful. Once assembled though my family and I have thoroughly been enjoying our experience with this product. Looks gorgeous, provides adequate shade, and I'm enthusiastic to observe how well it functions throughout the rest of the year given different seasons. This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had assembling anything, directions were trash, missing bolts, had to buy a ratched strap to pull the frame together because parts came in damaged and screw holes were terrible to tighten. the product is nice took 3 days to assemble it looks good the hooks for the curtain is not great. The hooks were missing the manufacturer sent them to me. The instructions need to be more clear
