I am a little OCD when it comes to my bed. I was never able to get in my bed and lay down to sleep without washing my hair. This has been happening since as early as I can remember definitely in middle school and I am in my late 30s now. I know that washing my hair every night is bad. I recently got my haircut by a new hairdresser and told her that my hair is really dry and course because I wash it every night. I also blow dry it every night. I attempted to use the bonnets, but it caused acne, and it is kind of uncomfortable to sleep in because I feel it every time I wake up and have to adjust it. My hairdresser suggested that I just switch out my pillowcases instead, if that helps. This is the first time I’ve owned anything silk for bedding. I don’t know how my body would tolerate it in sheets, but I like it for pillowcases. I can tell the difference in my hair after sleeping on it. The only thing I noticed is that it is really thin. I am not sure how long it would hold up for otherwise they’re in good shape. I washed them a couple times now and bought two packs. I have had no issues.

second time purchasing these pillow cases. they are quality! this time i got the gray colored covers bc i saw they were slightly less $$ but don't get the gray ones, OK. if you're a girlie who has their skincare routine before bed, just know the skincare on your face will leave wet looking spots on the pillow covers and will stay like that till you wash them🥲
