I didn’t expect super high quality because of the price, but one of the tablets didn’t even work, brand new out of the package (I ordered it in advance of a trip and held on to it as a surprise - by the time we opened it up, it was outside of the return window. My bad for not checking before we left, I guess.) UPDATE: After leaving this review, the seller contacted me and sent me a new tablet to make things right. It was not necessary or required, but I was impressed to see there was concern and they wanted to make it right. The media could not be loaded. This company went above and beyond, not only a great price for two writing tablets… but I’m one pack I got free friendship bracelets and the other pack two sets of stickers! They also provide EXTRA batteries!!!! And the tool to access the batteries so your not scrambling to find a tiny screwdriver! Most company’s send the minimum!
