So I was on the fence about buying this sight unseen. But I knew I wanted aluminum and the reviews were good. So I ordered my 6 swivel chair set and when it arrived everything was packed with care. They include tools but I used my own (Allen key, socket and wrench). It was fairly easy to assemble. I only had one issue, my last chair to assemble had two of the same side arms. I contacted the company and they quickly sent a replacement. I am very happy with this set and plan on also buying their 3 piece chaise lounge set. I highly recommend this company they are excellent!

Furniture is comfortable, functional, affordable and customer service and communication (missing a part) was quick, polite and responsive; item missing shipped quick. Could have and should have been a 5 Star, but back cushions are to thin and not as supportable as expected. I think customers would pay a little more for better back cushions. THANK
