Had a problem with a missing part. Seller contacted me immediately and offered several generous options. We kept the set and it seems sturdy for our 4 y:o grandson. Replaced the circle swing with a larger and more comfy option. Will use the included swing as a second. Best to have two people assemble but nothing too onerous. Feels quite stable once anchored even with adult use. Will check and tighten bolts frequently just to be sure. Really appreciate customer service. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to contact seller and I had to post a negative review to get attention.

So, the swing set is lovely. My kids love it and it arrived just in time for summer. I just had one curiosity. The description says it’s rated for 500 lbs, but the instructions clearly say each seat is rated for 110 lbs. That’s a bit of a difference.
