I ALMOST returned this. The box it came in was heavy and awkward to maneuver. I'm SO glad I kept it. It wasn't cheap and I delayed opening the package worried it wouldn't be large enough and of sturdy material. I delayed returning it due to the cost - $262.00! Over half the cost of the set! Once my son assembled it in his small backyard my 6, 4, and 3 year old couldn't - and STILL can't get enough of it! My daughter-in-law is SO appreciative! She didn't realize how much the children NEEDED the play set to exercise and expend energy in a safe and healthy way. It gives her peace of mind that the kids can play in the back yard withoutp her having to sit outside and watch them constantly (there are high cinder block walls bordering the yard as well. The play set is sturdy enough to support active play and it took my son and daughter-in-law about 2 1/2 hours to assemble the complete set. Now the kids complain about having to come INSIDE!

Nice swingset but complicated directions and was short some screw into the ground pegs. Overall it wasn't bad. The slide isn't to great for sliding with being fabric. Not very slick.

Good quality. Durable if built correctly. Easy to assemble but would recommend two people. Pretty stable. Weight not too heavy to Cary or move around if needed. Age range my kids ages 3-13 can play on it comfortably.

We were so excited for this play set but that turned to disappoint when we got to the pieces for the tunnel and one of the pieces was manufactured wrong so they don't match up. Continued putting the swing set together and got to the slide portion and a couple of those pieces were manufactured wrong so they don't line up correctly. So now we have a half built swing set and have to wait to hear back from the company to see if they have replacement parts ****Edit Update*** We have heard back from the company and they responded amazingly fast. They are able to just send us the pieces that were manufactured wrong. I am very impressed by their quick response and the fact that they are able to just send replacement parts instead of having to take it all apart and replace the entire swing set.
