Bought 2 bikes this spring and my wife and I have spent the summer and early fall riding all over Utah and have been very impressed. The bike itself is very nice. Solidly built with lots of attractive features. My husband is looking forward to riding it. He hasn't had much of a chance yet due to damage that most likely occurred during shipment or delivery. We believe that's when the damage likely occurred because the bike was packed well within the shipping box and strapped and tied extremely well to try to keep everything in place, with lots of cushioning. They obviously take care to try to get their bikes to you safely. The shipping box itself had a little damage, but not so much that we expected there to be an issue with the bike. We discovered on assembly however that the derailleur was damaged and, in the process of trying to install a replacement from the seller, we discovered that the bike frame itself was also bent. The seller confirmed the damage via photos. After further discussion, the seller agreed to provide us with a partial refund for the damage, challenges and delays we experienced while my husband worked to try to repair the bike. We appreciate this gesture very much and respect the seller for stepping up to provide good customer service and stand behind the products they sell. ... show more

The bike was very easy to put together and worked as advertised. I had an issue with the peddle controller and they responded in a timely manner, sent correct parts and was repaired. I liked this bike so much that I bought a second one for my wife. Now we both enjoy them!

The bike is big and built well, I’m not sure abt the other bikes on here but if your a bigger guy this is the bike for you. Even if your not s big guy you just want a bigger bike, pick this 1, w the larger battery this bike will take off. It’s a blast to ride. If you have any issues at all the customer service side will take care of it no matter what it is, patient, super nice and they want you to b happy w the bike most of all. Amazing bike!! I did a lot of research before finally making the purchase but after two months of riding it, I couldn't be happier with this bike. Has great features (power, comfort, great batterie life and an awesome look). I had a few questions about the parameter settings on the bike, and the HAOKI team responded to my emails ASAP.
