I absolutely love this set. Fairly easy to assemble. Beautiful table and every chair rocks which is a plus since everyone fights for those chairs usually. I love the blue color for warmth. I looked for a long time and priced out everywhere for an outdoor set and not only was this the best deal but also the best price for the quality received. I had an issue with one cushion and they got back to me immediately and within 24 hours had sent a replacement cushion. This is the best customer service I have ever received. The set is wonderful. We are having an issue with one of the chairs. The back of the chair where the welding is came loose in four places. We are in the process of trying to get the back replaced by Hanover. Amazon was not much help in replacing. They wanted to send us a complete set, we would take out one chair and send the rest back. No thanks. Hanover has been good and advised us that they are working on getting a replacement to us. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone. It is comfortable and the 5 by 5 table is perfect for the patio. ... show more

Let me first say that the set is beautiful once put together and it's a great addition to our patio...the detail of the chairs and table is very pretty and it looks like a very nice set that would cost more than it did... now for the negative part.... one chair we could not complete with all four bolts because the alignment of the pre-drilled hole was off and would not allow the last bolt thru... so that chair is rocking with just 3 bolts.... every other chair was right and put together correctly.... then another chair came apart at the bottom where the rocker panel meets the swivel and dropped on my foot as I was lifting it up.... guess the chair had not been "pushed" down into place prior to packaging... but once that was fixed it stayed together....the table went together pretty easily... definitely easier with two people and it even recommends you do it with two people. Lastly, the table barely fits the 8 swivel chairs... the table needs to be a hair longer because the chairs are literally right next to each other. We moved two into a corner and 6 fit nicely around it.... So overall now that it's together, it's good to go... ... show more

It took a while to get here but with the reviews at a party, we recently held we could have sold these sets out of the garage. Everyone was overly impressed at the style and design. Not something you found in local stores. The assembly was not difficult you just take your time and it goes pretty quick. It is not wrought Iron and super heavy but it has a considerable weight that will keep this well in place. I live in an area that's wide open so 70mph winds are a norm for us. Not happy with this purchase on many levels. First, I ordered it not having seen one reviewers picture that the seat was strips of metal and not solid in any way. I feared that would mean it’s pretty uncomfortable to sit on without them. I tried to cancel the order but I was too late and against my better judgement I figured I would accept the order. Not that I had a choice because the delivery people put the pallet on my driveway before I even knew they were there and basically knocked on my door and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Anyway, we went ahead and started to put the chairs together and found so many issues that included major scratches, minor scratches, missing paint, disconnected back piece from bottom cross piece, non-bored hole required for screw AND a dent/valley in the table top! Ok so returning it was an option but after spending a full day putting it together as it’s something none of us wanted to do all over again. Lastly, I really don’t think the table is long enough to fit 3 chairs that can swivel and I foresee them banging into each other. The company is sending me replacements, but I honestly will be surprised if this set lasts . I’ve asked for a touch up kit not only for the current nicks, but the future ones sure to come. This is a lovely patio table and chairs perfect for a traditional, formal home. Looks more expensive than it was. It does take two people to assemble it and the table is very heavy and took three of us to upright. Although it came with a tool for putting it together, you really need a good socket wrench set and some patience. It took my husband and I the better part of two afternoons to assemble the whole set, but the results were well worth it. ... show more

The table is gorgeous. The table is sturdy and heavy not flimsy at all. The color is beautiful and the seat cushions are well made. It looks perfect on our deck. I really like the square shape. 8 chairs fit comfortably without feeling cramped.
