I can't rave about this product, but I do like it. In use: They look very good, and are extremely comfortable. The swivel-rocker chairs are just great. After the initial hassles, I think I'm going to like this set a lot. Quality: Not too good. I had rips in one cushion, some metal frames are bent. One of the legs of my couch was 1/2" above the flat ground. Table was missing a trivial rubber cushion. This doesn't show after assembly, but if you look for it, you can see the bends. Shipping: Very courteous and well-scheduled, but still, my glass table topper was broken the first shipment. Assembly: I'm good at this stuff, so it took me and one teen assistant 55 minutes. Instructions were adequate. Don't lose parts, there are no extras. The bent elements make assembly a little harder, but no problems. Assembly advice: They provide a simple allen key. I used better tools, allen keys, ratchets, power tools, and that helped the speed. As you assemble, put each bolt into place, and give it 3-4 turns inward to assure correct seating - then leave it. Assemble all parts, place the piece on a flat surface, get all legs touching the ground, and only then tighten all parts

Where do I start, well first off it came in pieces and I had only received the couch and table which was very hard to assemble and the holes did NOT line up then finally after going to the hardware store to get things to make it work we put it together which once done was nice but had to wait a long time for the chairs which they sent separately and again holes not lining up we had to bend it to make it work it was crazy and very stressful. If we had to do this all over we would rather have gone to a store and paid more money for outdoor furniture that comes together it was not worth the aggravation we had with the whole process. However, Amazon was calling me everyday and helping me with all the going back and forth with the company that it came from Amazon Sales Associate could not have been better and finally did help with getting all the pieces to me Karla was great and was very nice, that is why I gave it 3 stars but we are done ordering furniture on line next time we are going to an actual store!

Love this set! Looks very luxurious and well constructed. The side chairs swirl and rock, a very beautiful surprise. The cushions are firm yet comfortable. The back cushions are fill and fluffy. The center table is sleek and taller than I thought it would be which was also a beautiful surprise. The Overall set is bigger than I envisioned. This is full size furniture. I used this set in my sunroom and my entire family is extremely please. I did not use the 2 throw pillows the set came with. Not sure it complemented the rest of my decor. The color on the cushion is rich and vibrant. Time will tell how It holds up to the sun.

I bought this set after seeing it in a catalog from Ace Hardware. The purchase was made for a new deck and screened in porch. It arrived in 2 large boxes, well packaged. The chairs in one and the couch and table in the other. I was able to assemble the chairs and table myself. The only challenge was attaching the swivel/glider assembly to the bottom of the chair as it is a bit heavy and probably should have a second set of hands. Haven't done the couch as yet as waiting on the deck to be dry and stained. The chairs are very comfortable, swivel 360 and glide back and forth also. The table has a glass top and a wicker shelf below. All the cushions are of good quality and comfortable.

Can't put together 1 of the chairs because it is defective. The hole in the frame is not aligned. The base will not attach as the screw itself can't even be screwed into the hole because it is not drilled properly. I am trying to get in touch with the manufacturer but their website isn't working so I will be calling them and hope they make it right, and fast. You can't contact amazon and HAVE to go back to the manufacturer. I am giving 2 stars and will change it if they make this right. Disappointing that the chair was defective. The instructions aren't the best but after you put together 1 piece you get the hang of it, but it takes 2 people without a doubt. We got the couch and 1 chair all together but one of the chairs will not assemble.

Initial order came and the rocker/swivel chairs were missing. I immediately did the chat help and manager Cali was able to send appropriate replacement items which we received yesterday. All was perfect! Amazon management even left a voice mail to confirm we received the replacement items. Excellent Amazon customer service! Thank you! Re: Product: perfect for our place; comfortable and sturdy. Easy to assemble, use a drill to tighten. Nice cushion depth and great navy blue color. Very happy with the patio furniture!

This is a great patio set. The instructions could be better and the assembly took some time and creativity to pull together. We are very happy with the end product. They are sturdy and comfortable. They look great and they have held up in the weather. Well worth the the cost.

I was nervous buying furniture online that I could not try out first but I was glad I took the risk. These chairs are great! I will say though... you amazon reviewers were spot on. When I read the reviews about assembly being a challenge, I was skeptical about it being difficult. I will encourage you to assemble everything without tightening all the bolts until the end, but even then it was rough for one of the chairs. The manufacturing just isn't 100% for the alignments. In the end... after the struggle, the chairs are great.
