The table and chairs are well made. However, we had an issue and customer service of the seller was terrible. Do yourself a favor and find a different seller or patio set.

I’m very pleased with my purchase and the assembly was not difficult but I do have a couple issues. (1) Umbrella hole in table, I cut the end off a Fernco and placed it in the table hole giving the umbrella better support (2) Chair legs don’t sit flat instead they’re on the edge of the leg ends. That’s all I could find that could have been designed better, however the quality is better than the big box stores and this set and many more are available from Amazon whilst the stores have nothing to choose. Update 6/5/21 I’ve had no issues with either the chairs or the table since I assembled the set and put it in use. I have other red cushions that are identical in color and material but they are back and bottom together. We tried them to see if they were more comfortable with a full back instead of a lumbar pillow. I was completely wrong as they made it very uncomfortable when sitting on the chairs. The lumbar pillow and chairs are designed to be used together, as the full back and bottom cushions gave a feeling that you were falling forward off of the chairs. I’m very pleased with the entire purchase including the umbrella and I also covered the entire metal surfaces with Nanowax for additional protection from the elements since it’s on the pool deck. I recommend this set for numerous reasons, table legs can be adjusted to level, availability as nothing is available in the big box stores, looks great and matched the frame color of a seating arrangement with table purchased many years ago. I definitely would recommend this set to anyone looking to replace one or buying for the first time

Really high quality patio furniture. Assembly was simple. This may not matter to you but I appreciated the fact that the screws and washers were preassembled in the shrink pack. This saved time during assembly. The edge of the table has a substantial reverse ogee edge with smooth corners that was a pleasant surprise. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice. Nice wide seats with good cushions. Had a gool laugh at the end of the table assembly (paraphrased). Step one: 1. Place the table face down on a soft surface 2. Attach the legs 3. Tighten all the bolts Step two: 1. Turn the table over and place on its legs.... ;-) (Do you think they got a call from someone saying "Now what"?) 2. The table is now ready.

Neither the Manufacturer or Amazon honor the warranty. One of my chairs bands broke and I contacted Hanover. Was told by their representative that they have no record of the purchase, even after I sent them proof of purchase and photo's of the damage. Was advised by Hanover to contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon and was told that they only cover the product for 30 days after the delivery and that the manufacturer would cover the warranty. The bottom line is neither Hanover or Amazon honor their warranty!

Packaging for the chairs was excellent. Packaging for the table could have been better. Assembly was easy - instructions were spot on. The construction, fit and finish are very good for the chairs. The table is okay but there is no way to tweak the leg length for an uneven surface. My table has a dent in the top which I didn't notice until we set up the table and chairs on our deck. The seat cushions are pretty good. The low back cushion is meh - a chair like this needs a full back cushion. When I sit in the chair, it digs into my upper back after a while, with or without the lower back cushion. I don't know what I was thinking when I bought this as the table is just way too tall to sit between 2 chairs and too small to be used for a dining table. The chairs are basically dining chairs (it even says so on the box they came in!), even though the set is advertised as a "3-piece patio conversation set". The seats are a little bit high for a patio set. My bad for not paying closer attention and putting it all together before noticing what it actually was. That being said, this is absolutely NOT in any way a 3-piece patio conversation set. It's 2 dining chairs with an oddly sized table.

This set is beautiful and sturdy. I am 5’3” and I definitely need an extra cushion behind me to sit in the chair properly. This is not an issue since I have many extra cushions in my outdoor oasis. My husband put the entire set together in 4 hours. The table was simple assembly, the chairs took more time. I am very happy with the end result.
