Really high quality patio furniture. Assembly was simple. This may not matter to you but I appreciated the fact that the screws and washers were preassembled in the shrink pack. This saved time during assembly. The edge of the table has a substantial reverse ogee edge with smooth corners that was a pleasant surprise. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice. Nice wide seats with good cushions. Had a gool laugh at the end of the table assembly (paraphrased). Step one: 1. Place the table face down on a soft surface 2. Attach the legs 3. Tighten all the bolts Step two: 1. Turn the table over and place on its legs.... ;-) (Do you think they got a call from someone saying "Now what"?) 2. The table is now ready. ... show more

We have the 11 piece set with the ocean color; and it is a beautiful yet a subtle pop next to our grey home (like a pal or pastel/soft green). It is a very well made set - table could be longer, but it works. Assembly is an issue - as it’s not delineated very clearly and the shipping company does not seem to have a clue - so - it needs to be clear with Amazon that you can purchase or it’s included. Otherwise - you must assemble it. It’s not a bad assembly Ladies and Gents, but may take a while with the 11piece. Get the right tools - do a practice run on one chair after you set up table and umbrella- good to go! Loved the whole process - it was nice putting the set of chairs together with hubby, music and beer. The RXO company was kind enough to put the table and umbrella set up, it was a great help and a good start. Took us the rest of afternoon to put the 10 chairs together & in place…but we had a lot of breaks. Best to all -put a little sweat into it, but don’t rush. Also, put the longer middle screw in first before the top of arm & bottom long one - it will line up better and makes it much easier to install. Good luck/God speed! Thanks to the guy that talked about the box waste afterwards-so - I took most of the items out of the boxes and asked the company to put it on their truck. Very little box waste left - we used the remaining boxes as staging platforms to put the chairs together. ... show more

I Purchased this for my big backyard deck. It is very attractive looking. It was a very good value for the money. The chairs are comfortable. The set is large and I was very happy to entertain lots of people. The quality is good, not excellent. The installation was not difficult. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the assembly was not difficult but I do have a couple issues. (1) Umbrella hole in table, I cut the end off a Fernco and placed it in the table hole giving the umbrella better support (2) Chair legs don’t sit flat instead they’re on the edge of the leg ends. That’s all I could find that could have been designed better, however the quality is better than the big box stores and this set and many more are available from Amazon whilst the stores have nothing to choose. Update 6/5/21 I’ve had no issues with either the chairs or the table since I assembled the set and put it in use. I have other red cushions that are identical in color and material but they are back and bottom together. We tried them to see if they were more comfortable with a full back instead of a lumbar pillow. I was completely wrong as they made it very uncomfortable when sitting on the chairs. The lumbar pillow and chairs are designed to be used together, as the full back and bottom cushions gave a feeling that you were falling forward off of the chairs. I’m very pleased with the entire purchase including the umbrella and I also covered the entire metal surfaces with Nanowax for additional protection from the elements since it’s on the pool deck. I recommend this set for numerous reasons, table legs can be adjusted to level, availability as nothing is available in the big box stores, looks great and matched the frame color of a seating arrangement with table purchased many years ago. I definitely would recommend this set to anyone looking to replace one or buying for the first time ... show more

Quality patio furniture that would cost much more if purchased fully assembled. Looks very nice and and easy to assemble !! Would buy again. Seat cushion has built in zipper so may be washed when needed.

    • Incorrect description
Color: Blue Size: 1PC Style: 9' UMBRELLA
The description states pole diameter is 2”. It is NOT 2” which is the only reason I bought the umbrella. It’s the smaller 1.5” diameter pole. Also, the company apparently has one umbrella that they sell with multiple model sets. So if you see an umbrella from Hanover that costs half the price, it’s apparently the same umbrella as the more expensive one. Color is nice, but the inaccurate pole diameter is very frustrating since I now have to deal with returning three umbrellas. Overall not worth the price. Nothing special about it and I can get other 1.5” pole umbrellas for half the cost. ... show more

Like the table now that it is put together. The Table is large and very sturdy. The cushions for the seats are great. The lumbar support pillows don't do much. The back is uncomfortable. The biggest issue was assembling the chairs. It was very hard. My wife and I got 9 of the 10 assembled, and needed our son to put the last chair together. Now that it is all put together we are happy. We will probably purchase cushions for the back ... show more
