My great-grandson's love this! We have it hung in our garage gym. They aren't the most powerful, (yet) as they are still basically toddlers, so I can't speak to how well it works if it was being pummeled by someone over 4 feet. Unfilled bag, load-bearing rivets and hanging hook, hand wraps and gloves, jump rope, timer and storage bag. I filled mine with extra linens (quilts, blankets etc). It works fantastic. For the price and what’s included in the set, I had very low expectations, but I was wrong! The gloves are very nice and have a great feel and fit. You have to fill the bag yourself, but it’s a quality bag that can take a punch (or a ton of them!). Comes with hanging hardware as well as a few other things too. I’m not a boxer or training to be one. I just got this to have a different mode of exercise, and I am very pleased with all it comes with and the quality of the whole kit. Perfect style punching bag for boxing or kick boxing and karate for all ages and skill levels in my opinion. The bag is simple to fill. I had no problem adjusting the height. Has a great thickness on the material and the gloves are good protection. The gloves are also comfortable to wear. Easy to secure the bag to the ceiling and all the hardware necessary for installation was included. Superb craftsmanship on this design in my opinion and it is fairly priced considering everything included. I love the timer and it’s accurate. No odd odors with the PU leather. I am trying to learn boxing and this is just what I needed. The bag, gloves, etc all feel really sturdy. I am going to get a frame for it. We do have beams in our basement but I don't want to drill holes. It comes with everything you will need. All the material used feels like A+ to me. Get it you'll really like it too! ... show more
