How do I make sure the attachments are tightly connected? First, attach either the Long Spray Nozzle or the Extended Nozzle to the main unit. Then, connect any additional tools to the nozzle. Push firmly and twist clockwise all the way until you hear a click, which indicates a tight, secure seal. I noticed water stains inside the water tank. Is this a returned or defective item? I only received the fabric cover, but I can’t find the Fabric-Cleaning Accessory piece. Was it left out of the box? The Fabric-Cleaning Accessory shares the same base with the Window Squeegee. It is pre-installed on the Window Squeegee at the factory.Just press the release clip, remove the base, attach the cloth cover to start using it for upholstery and fabrics. Oh this steam cleaner is good! I was surprised by how fast it heats up, and it's ready to use in just a few seconds. The steam is powerful enough to clean grease, soap scum, and dirt without needing a lot of harsh cleaning products. The removable water tank is easy to fill, and it lasts long enough to clean several areas before needing a refill. This is an excellent tool for my household! I have a toddler boy and 50s tile bathrooms, so this is amazing for cleaning those spaces that are pretty much always dirty. I thought the tank capacity was a little small, but it surprised me how long I could go before a refill. I also love how the tank is detachable so you can let it fully air dry without your whole machine having to sit out on the counter with it. The steamer comes with multiple attachments for various angles/uses, which is handy! Operating the machine was a breeze and easy to figure out in the first use, though the instructions weren't super thorough. Fortunately it was pretty self explanatory. My one complaint/concern is that some attachments had a slight "leak" near the attachment. There are two rubber seals that come with the unit, but the instructions weren't super clear as to what they were for. There weren't any instructions saying to add a seal so I'm assuming that this is just something that is gonna happen. I also noticed that some water came out instead of just steam, though it was less on some nozzles than the others. I'm not sure if this is standard since this is my first time using a steam cleaner, but it was worth noting. Additionally, the buttons weren't very sensitive, so it took a few times for the machine to register that I was pressing the button. Finally, I love that this has a self cleaning function! Considering the nature of this product, I'd say that is a necessary feature and will help me keep it in tiptop shape!     • Pro-Level Steam w/o Pro-Level Price
This Killrose handheld steam cleaner genuinely performs well compared to much more expensive steamers like Bissell and McCulloch. I’ve used all three now for mainly personal car detailing and home cleaning and I honestly can’t see any meaningful difference in cleaning power. At the end of the day, a steamer just needs to "boil" water efficiently and push out strong, consistent steam without damaging surfaces and this one absolutely delivers. The heat-up time is fast, right around that advertised 10 seconds, so there’s very little waiting around. Steam pressure feels strong and will loosen grime in tight interior car areas, vents, trim, seat seams and even stubborn buildup around crevices. It handled home use just as well on tile, grout and bathroom surfaces. The key really comes down to using the right attachments and this kit includes plenty to cover almost any scenario. I found it helpful to watch a few professional detailing videos on YouTube to see which nozzles work best for specific applications, but once you get the hang of it the machine is simple and reliable. Nothing feels cheap or underpowered and most importantly it doesn’t overheat or melt delicate materials. For the price, performance and versatility this is an excellent alternative to big-name brands.     • Heats Up Fast and Effectively Cleans Stubborn Stains
This steam cleaner has been good so far, although I wouldn’t say it’s the best steam cleaner I’ve used. It is effective and it does work. It has helped me remove stains and clean areas that are more difficult to clean with regular cleaning methods. One thing I really like is that it heats up pretty fast, so I don’t have to wait very long before I can start cleaning. The size is also very convenient. It’s compact enough that I can comfortably handle it with one hand, which makes it easier to move around while cleaning. It also comes with a lot of different attachments, which makes it useful for cleaning different areas and surfaces. When it comes to effectiveness, I can definitely say that it does the job. It removes stains and cleans well, but I do have to put a good amount of pressure into it to get certain stains out. Because of that, I mainly use it when I have a stubborn stain that I can’t remove with regular cleaning. It works, but it does require some effort. Another thing I’m not a big fan of is that it consistently drips or sprays water while I’m using it. I make sure everything is properly secured and filled correctly before using it, and I’ve found ways to reduce how much it happens, but it still happens. That can be frustrating when I’m trying to clean. Overall, I do like that it’s compact, easy to handle, heats up quickly, and is effective at cleaning and removing stubborn stains. However, the fact that I have to use quite a bit of pressure and that water continues to spray or drip while I’m using it are significant drawbacks for me. Because of those issues, I personally don’t think it’s worth the money. It does work and I’ll continue using it when I have stubborn stains that need extra help, but I wish it were easier to use and didn’t have the issue with the water spraying out. ... show more

I wanted to love this steam cleaner. I opened it with big dreams of steaming away dirt and grime with ease. In the end, I found it was about as effective as cleaning with hot water, and it still required quite a bit of elbow grease to really make a dent in the areas I was using it on. The best result I had was around the base of my bathroom faucet where it can be hard to clean without a toothbrush. That areas blasted clean quickly and effectively. It was not really any use on soap scum built up on the shower walls, and I wasn't impressed with it's effectiveness cleaning mirrors. I tried cleaning around my kitchen sink, and again, it seemed about as effective as a spray of hot water. I posted some video of this effort. Overall it is easy to operate, heats within about one minute, and is lightweight enough to tote anywhere in the house. I appreciated the long length of the power cord- that allowed me to plug it in and use it across the bathroom. Nice selection of accessory tips. I wish I could say I was sold enough to replace my regular routine, but I was not won over. ... show more

This morning my husband asked if I noticed how clean the glass top range was. Seems he pulled this out of the package last night and began evaluating it. Honestly, it is the best that stove has looked in ages, so it absolutely worked on that. The acid test will be cleaning the wood ceiling and beams in a closet. We had a fire with mostly smoke damage. The odor is hard to remove. The company that was doing it, well, I will just say we fired them before they finished. They used steam cleaners on the rest of the beams and wood ceilings, so I am confident that this will do the trick. The spouse said it was easy to use. It heats up extremely quickly, has an anti-fatigue trigger lock, and he particularly loves the long extension which makes it easy to reach all areas. It also has auto-shut off and can be powered down easily, nice safety features around kids and pets. There are multiple attachments for many cleaning needs. I am excited to try it on grout, the oven, and on those dirt-accumulating grooves where the flooring meets the baseboards. Oh, and it is self-cleaning! The price on this is a competitive $60.
