Worked much better than I expected. Very happy with the purchase.
The steamer is small but mighty. Came nicely packaged, All attachments (1 X Brass Brush, 1 X Extension Tube, 2 X Plastic Brush, 1 X Nozzle, 1 X Glass Brush, 1 X Upholstery Cloth, 1 X Funnel, 1 X 2.5M Power Cord, 1 X Gloves, User Manual) were included. Easy open rubber cap on the top, and using funnel provided, filled steamer up with approx. 1 liter of distilled water. The unit heats up quickly and does spit water so be prepared to have a container of some kind to catch water (I used an empty coffee can as previous reviewer suggested). First I cleaned off 30 years of grease marks off of the stove. (See before and after pictures - We just purchased the house). And truly I was surprised how quickly the steamer cut the grease. After the initial pass, and with some residual staining remaining, I used Bartender's Friend for the second pass with the steamer. Wow, just wow. Next, I used the steamer on my tiled floor and grout, also used Clorox Multipurpose Spray house hold cleaner and scrub brush - and with a little elbow grease witnessed years of filth was removed in a cinch. On the top of the steamer, are + and - signs so you can adjust the steam output depending on what you are working on. I adjusted the output to '6' and was satisfied with the results. You don't need to be a techy to operate - it's very intuitive. It's lightweight and very easy to operate. Did all the staining on the stove top go away? - no. But I am happy with the results. Is my tile floor and grout cleaner - for sure it is in this high traffic area of the kitchen. Again happy with the results. This little steamer is a keeper.

Best cleaning buddy!
Color: White
This thing is AMAZING! I bought this mighty little machine to make some tasks easier as I have Fibromyalgia and am 54 years old. Things that require ‘elbow grease’ are becoming increasingly difficult. The contents of the box were exactly as shown and the gloves are very efficient at protecting your hands and arms. The machine is compact and easy to carry even when its tank is full of water. It is easy to use and only takes a few moments to heat up. The pressure is perfect for general cleaning. Problem areas such as burnt food on your oven or stove top require that you focus the steam longer in that area or use one of the attachments. I have used this little guy on my stovetop, oven, microwave, shower, tub, grout, floor, washer, dishwasher and sinks. It is not quiet but not as loud as a vacuum. Best advice steam an area turn off the machine to scrub trouble areas and then turn the machine back on to steam the area again if needed. Just a few notes of advice… * it is steam, there will be water that needs to be cleaned up. Also, it will drip water prior to the steam release and when you turn it off. * you need to be ready for a steam facial and if you wear glasses they will be a problem!😥 * if you are using scrubbers other than the included attachments, be careful not to melt bristles 😁 * the metal portion of the wand will get hot enough to burn skin. Be careful when you put it down that it is not in contact with something that will burn or melt.

Works, but Has Several Limitations
Color: Green
I acquired this steam cleaner expecting it to make household cleaning faster and easier, but the results were mixed. It does heat up quickly, which is convenient, and the adjustable steam levels provide some control. However, the steam pressure was not as powerful or consistent as I expected, especially when dealing with stubborn grease, grout, and heavier buildup. The handle is adjustable, but the machine can still feel awkward during longer cleaning sessions. The water tank is also on the small size small and needs frequent refilling, which interrupts the cleaning process. Some surfaces required several passes before I noticed much improvement. It is acceptable for light cleaning and small messes, but it did not perform as well as I hoped on more difficult jobs. Overall, it has useful features, but the limited tank capacity and average cleaning power make it less practical for deep cleaning an entire home.

Love this thing
Color: White
I love this thing so much. I know the reality is it will not get used a ton but when it is, it makes a big difference. As a mom of teen boys and dogs, I’m very happy with its performance. I bought a “used-in good condition” one very inexpensively. It was returned by the former customer nasty and Amazon refunded me even more. So at the price I paid, there’s no loss. Plenty of attachments. Heats up instantly. Long cord and easy to carry/move around without having to change plugs. Do be mindful of the water cord it gets really hot to the touch. A tank can pretty much knock out a room such as a bathroom with no issues. My only complaint is sometimes there’s so much steam, it’s hard to see what you’re doing but yet again, I appreciate how effective it is.

Forgot How Useless Steam Cleaners Are
Color: Green
What was I thinking? It works like it's supposed to, I guess, just wish it had a "trigger." It just keeps pushing steam until you turn it off. I don't know if that's standard for steam cleaners or not. As far as cleaning, well, I guess I was expecting too much. The results don't justify the time and effort. It's going at the next yard sale. EDIT: The company reached out to me over this review, which is commendable. I declined their offers, as I feel the company did their part - I got exactly what was advertised. However, as I previously stated, my expectations were probably too high after watching TV ads for similar products. I've added another star for the outstanding customer service.

You can clean EVERYTHING!
Color: Green
ADORE this steamer. I've used this everywhere in my home, it also works quite well for taking off old wallpaper for home remodeling! The size is perfect for moving it around the home and it heats up in no time, so you don't have to sit around and wait. The value for the money is 100% there because I figured it would quit working after a few times and she's still kickin MONTHS down the road as I use this thing weekly, if not daily!

La mejor compra
Color: Green
No fue una compra fue una inversión. Mis muebles, baños y lugares sensibles por fin tienen el mejor cuido en una forma sencilla. Pensaba que equipos como este tenían precio más alto.
