I wasn’t sure what to expect when I purchased this vacuum, but I will say this is the best purchase I’ve made for our small Intex pool. We live in the desert so it’s dusty and that means our little pool gets pretty dirty when we forget to put the cover back on it. Suction - I was pleasantly surprised that this vacuum picks up everything. Literally everything off the bottom of the pool. The filter ends up full of mud which is a great thing because that means the dirt isn’t on the bottom of the pool anymore. Battery - The battery life of this vacuum is excellent! I can vacuum our 10 x 30 pool three to four times before I have to charge it. Filter - The filter is a decent size. If the bottom of the pool is really dirty then I have to stop vacuuming and clean the filter out two to three times before everything is picked up but as long as you angle the vacuum a bit as you’re lifting it out of the water and removing the barrel that houses the filter or else the dirty water pours back out into the pool. You only have to experience it once though to figure out how to angle the vacuum to prevent this from occurring. The filter is a very fine mesh so not much gets through it if anything and spraying the outside of it with a hose will cause everything to run right out so cleaning is a breeze. Overall I would say that this is a great investment for a smaller above ground pool and I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Review: This cordless cleaner is super convenient — no hoses or cords to mess with. It picks up leaves, sand, and small debris really well and runs long enough to cover the whole pool. Charging is easy, and it’s lightweight so I can pull it out quickly for spot cleans. It’s not quite as strong as a big automatic vacuum, but for a small above-ground pool it’s perfect and keeps the water looking clear with minimal effort.

Surprisingly good little spa vacuum. The suction is solid, it easily picks up grit and leaves from the bottom, and the long wand makes it effortless to reach without having to lean in like a contortionist. Emptying the filter is quick and clean, which I appreciate. Only minor downside: when working in the shallow sections (like the lounge area), the discharge ends up above the surface of the water and can splash a bit. Not a deal-breaker, just something to be aware of. Overall, very happy with it. Would buy again.

This vacuum works wonders. I have a small above the ground pool that's situated close to a tree so there is always small things falling at the bottom. It is super easy to assemble, use and clean. It saves me a lot of time and I can clean the pool every other day

I love this! I was looking for a hot tub vac that vacuums and then allows the water to go back into the spa immediately. What an amazing product for a great discounted price. This vac is incredible. Easy assembly, turn it on, insert in water, vac, list out turn off and let water drain back out by tipping it slightly - easy to clean after use.

What a wonderful device. It went together in just a few minutes and does a wonderful job on the hot tub. This thing is great. It just sucks it all up and the filter is easy to rinse. Worth every penny. Glad I bought it. I don’t know how it would work on a full pool, but works great for a quick vacuum of the hot tub.

This handheld is easy to assemble and clean the filter. I use a Dolphin "robot" pool cleaner for my inground pool, it does a great job except on the steps, in the corners and along the perimeter tight spots. This little handheld gets that sand and debris out of those areas with ease. If you have a similar situation this is your solution. Can't speak to battery life as it only takes about 10 minutes to do what I need. However, during that time I don't experience a power/suction reduction. Handle may be a little short for deeper pools. Often times I find that just jumping in with the vacuum is much easier, quicker and thorough. I don't think it's made to last for 10 years but if only spot cleaning periodically I expect it to last for a good while, I'll get my money's worth.
