At first, I was skeptical that these would even last a week. Yup, they lasted a week and will be around for a long time. They are durably made. I use them before going to sleep and upon waking. I like to use them simultaneously, one for each hand. That bilateral stretching action feels so cool. I count up to 100 and can really feel the burn. Don't be tempted to do repeating fast. Go slow and take your time. It's not a race and the rewards of increased strength are there with a slower pace. Also, be sure to position your thumb and fingers close to the tops of your fingers rather than in the middle so as to capitalize on the intensity of each extensor muscle flex. Excellent product, I hope that this company considers making a version for the feet to strengthen toes and ankles.

Most of the conventional hand grips are too large for my hands. These are the perfect size for anyone with medium to smaller size hands.

I have a hand injury that I am working on. One of the most important things is both strength and flexibility. I am finding that I use these things all the time. I mostly use the green (30 lb.) ones since I am not that strong. I usually keep them in my car or tuck them in my purse.

owning these devices encourages me to use them throughout the day. Have not progressed beyond blue. The finger rings are easier to use than the rings. The blue ring is very tough while the easier one is try easy. For me, there is a huge jump between the two.
