Overall the drill performs as I needed it to and did the job perfectly, drilling into cinder blocks. And the price is right for a tool I will rarely use. Now the bad... the FIRST time I attached the handle, the collar snapped. And I did not over-tighten it. So the handle is garbage. I didn't really need the extra leverage for my job, and I did not have time to return it, so I lived with it. The drill bits are also garbage. The one I used snapped on the first use. A bit that came with the masonry screws I bought has lasted the entire job. DO NOT rely on the bits that come with this. Have a backup ... show more

Only issue is the drill bits are missing other than that it’s an incredibly drill for the price. Actually better than my dewalt drill. The trigger is easy to ramp up, speed dial is an absolute plus. The handle broke the first use.. You can't use this effectively without the handle .I bought this to drill holes into a fire place hearth... The drill seemed to work good. It did get warm. I bought this to drill a 6" core through brick masonry and plaster. It smoked some and got hot. I took a few breaks. Several other people mentioned it smoking. I think it's just the coating on the coils burning off. Absolutely worth the $20 even if i never use it again.
