Perfect size, counter depth. Beautiful appliance!
Size: 15.8 cu ft
We bought this fridge exactly a year ago, it is still working as day one, beautifully. This counter-depth fridge fits perfectly and looks great in our galley kitchen. It is very functional, with plenty of usable shelf space, well-organized space, and the bins are just the perfect size too.. Temperature is very accurate. A very esthetically pleasing appliance. I have no complaints, found exactly what I was looking for. Recommended! ... show more

Temperature Control & Side-by Side Features
Size: 20.6 cu ft
Best fridge we ever owned. At first we were worried because it took so long for the temp to come down but once it did it held steady. I added some drawers for my small items like cheese sticks, yogurt and lunch meat so now it's perfect.

%200 Will Stop Working
Size: 20.6 cu ft
If I could rate it lower I would. I bought this fridge and within two weeks the freezer stopped working and the fridge cooled half as well. Assuming it was a faulty product, I had it replaced with the same model, and here we are half a year later and the same problem has occurred. Customer service for Hamilton Beach knows nothing about Hamilton Beach fridges, but they can always direct you to other email addresses and phone numbers of other Hamilton Beach services that also know nothing about Hamilton Beach fridges, so that's cool I guess. They both ran well in the short lifespan they had. ... show more

Great product
Size: 20.6 cu ft
I know Hamilton was a trusted brand so I wasn’t very hesitant to purchase this fridge with the perfect dynamic for our house it easily fit in place. Delivery was great they got it through our door and through the walkway of our kitchen. We love it . Only downfall is there is no smaller compartments for like cold cuts etc. but we got fridge organizers from Amazon and it made up for it .. recommend 10/10 ... show more

Sleek and very nice looking.
Size: 15.8 cu ft
Very nice looking refrigerator. Was sized just as it said. Came with two very small dings in the door however. But was not done by delivery men. We watched, they were very careful. Seems of high quality.

good for now, lower consumption than a GE profile arctica
Size: 20.6 cu ft
one month into use, my rating may be updated over time + Its super quiet... i only hear some trickling noise either from the compressor or the defrost cycle... the GE was a noise pig in comparison... + it fits nearly the same amount as the previous fridge with the icemaker removed. Fridges in general need to be user configured like we want it.. more shelves, different spacing... bins in the freezer is not good, food might not completely freeze... this could use a few more thinner door bins on the fridge side were available for condiment sized bottles to maximize usable space... - it could use more shelving in the freezer... i removed 1 drawer bin and added more shelving on the bin slot left and added another shelf above that... - The temps show only set points, i would also like the actual temps so i can see if there is a problem. ... show more

Gift for my Sister
Size: 20.6 cu ft
According to my Sister the new unit is a dream come true. Her old unit was 20+ years old and noisy and only worked when it wanted to. She especially loves the side-by-side feature. She is only 5ft-maybe and so she can keep all the stuff she uses daily on the lower shelves. She says it quite and really spruces up the kitchen. Also her electric bill has actually dropped. More to come in a few months after she's had it a while longer. ... show more
