If I could rate it lower I would. I bought this fridge and within two weeks the freezer stopped working and the fridge cooled half as well. Assuming it was a faulty product, I had it replaced with the same model, and here we are half a year later and the same problem has occurred. Customer service for Hamilton Beach knows nothing about Hamilton Beach fridges, but they can always direct you to other email addresses and phone numbers of other Hamilton Beach services that also know nothing about Hamilton Beach fridges, so that's cool I guess. They both ran well in the short lifespan they had. ... show more

Best fridge we ever owned. At first we were worried because it took so long for the temp to come down but once it did it held steady. I added some drawers for my small items like cheese sticks, yogurt and lunch meat so now it's perfect.

According to my Sister the new unit is a dream come true. Her old unit was 20+ years old and noisy and only worked when it wanted to. She especially loves the side-by-side feature. She is only 5ft-maybe and so she can keep all the stuff she uses daily on the lower shelves. She says it quite and really spruces up the kitchen. Also her electric bill has actually dropped. I know Hamilton was a trusted brand so I wasn’t very hesitant to purchase this fridge with the perfect dynamic for our house it easily fit in place. Delivery was great they got it through our door and through the walkway of our kitchen. We love it . Only downfall is there is no smaller compartments for like cold cuts etc. but we got fridge organizers from Amazon and it made up for it .. recommend 10/10 ... show more
