I just love this three-way brew coffee pot in white. I love to be able to make a full pot, and 1-cup pod, AND 1-cup regular grounds when I'm out of pods. So nice to have the choice between pods and grounds for the 1-cup. I love the white color, and for some reason it was cheaper than the black. I've made 1 full pot, and 1 cup with pod so far and seems to work beautifully. Full pot brews in 10 minutes, 1 cup in 3 minutes. Pause brew is simple to set by holding pause brew while setting the desired brew time. I'm crossing my fingers that this pot lasts and lasts. Size is good. I thougt it would be larger, but it's exactly 1 pot and 1 cup combined size, with the full machine right around 11" wide total. I'm really pleased with this purchase. After owning this for 4 months, the one-cup brewing side is broke. When I try to brew a pod I get an error message saying "overload." When I remove the pod and try just brewing straight water, I get the same error message, "overload." There is no pod in place so what is making it "overload?" Very, very dissapointed. I no longer have the box to return this item because I believed it would continue to work. I am hoping the seller will send a replacement coffee machine without the need for me to return the malfunctioning coffee machine. ... show more

I read all of the reviews before purchasing. Amazon stated it was a frequently returned item and the reviews shared that too. I bought this coffee maker anyway and I’m so glad I did. Yes there can be a few random coffee grounds left behind and it does drip coffee after I remove my cup… but this coffee maker makes up for those little inconveniences… it brews super fast,, I can choose up to 16 ounces for my travel mug or make a whole pot. It’s the best machine I’ve ever used! So do yourself a favor, buy this and change your morning routine to a less stressful one… you won’t regret it ... show more

Less than 2 years ago I purchased the single scoop Hamilton coffeemaker. Very clever design and it made decent coffee. Used it every day. About 6 months ago it would stop brewing mid cycle. Have to restart it every time for a single cup brew. Not convenient Bought the new Hamilton multi brew coffeemaker and it is versatile. K cup from Amazon works great, and the basket for making a single cup using your own grounds works very well. Nice design. No interruptions! Hope it lasts ... show more

I wish I could leave a minus star. I have had two of these brewers in the last 18 months. The single cup function in first one died after six months, I spite of our doing appropriate trouble shooting. I couldn’t find my receipt so Hamilton Beech wouldn’t replace it. I accepted that as my bad. The second exact model lived for 13 months, and first the single brew died, but we had out of town company so I continued to use the pot function, which started to overflow the water and grounds into the pot, making a mess, and ending up with 8 cups instead of 10 due to overflow. I was not overfilling the grinds, we did appropriate trouble shooting, to no avail. I had the purchase receipt this time, but was a bit over the mfg warranty, and was told there was nothing they could do for me (except to offer free shipping on my next purchase, which is already free on Amazon). They clearly don’t stand behind their products, even with two back to back failures. I’ve been making coffee for many years, and know how to brew correctly. These pots have cost me over $300 together, in close to 18 months, and I’m so done with Hamilton Beech products, and their “customer service”. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Last summer, my trusty old Keurig finally gave up on me, so I decided to get a new coffee pot that also has a single cup maker. My husband thought it would be great for those times we want a full pot at home or just a quick cup to take with us. However, we ran into a bit of trouble right off the bat. The first machine we received had a broken glass pot, which we noticed before even unboxing it! We hoped we could just get a replacement part, but customer service ended up sending us a whole new coffee maker instead, which felt like a silver lining at the time. The new coffee maker does a decent job with single servings—it brews quickly—but there's a catch: the coffee is barely warm, which is a bit disappointing. When we tried to brew a full pot, we hit some major roadblocks. I programmed it to start at 3 a.m., but by 5 a.m., we hadn’t seen a drop! Plus, the machine got so hot that it caused the water to evaporate, leaving grounds in the reservoir and not brewing properly. My husband took on the challenge, trying everything from changing outlets and relocating the machine to checking the breakers, cleaning the coffee maker, and even watching YouTube tutorials for tips. Despite his best efforts, the coffee maker kept stalling for a whopping seven hours, and still no coffee was made! When we reached out to customer service, they informed us we couldn’t return the product since they had already replaced it once. After numerous attempts to get this coffee maker to work right, it’s clear it’s not living up to our expectations. So, I've decided to treat myself to a new Keurig instead! ... show more
