  • The Beast!
Style: Max Demolition Hammer
This Bosch demolition hammer is amazing ! It took me less than a minute to cut 6x6 square through about three inches of concrete in my basement floor . After having rented equipment in the past to install french drains, I figured it would be much more cost effective to buy this, and I am not dissapointed! This hammer I believe is built to withstand much heavier work than I will be using it for. The power to weight ratio is amazing too! It barely was warm when I finished cutting that square in the concrete Amazing machine for sure ... show more

  • Awesome demolition hammer!
Style: Max Demolition Hammer
This thing kicks some serious butt! I have the un-pleasant task of removing 3200 square feet of slate tiles from a concrete slab. I started the job with a good quality (SDS Plus) roto-hammer. I quickly learned that I was taking a knife to a gun fight. I decided to purchase the Bosch demolition hammer, and I'm so glad I did. The Bosch blasts through the slate tiles much faster and removes the thin set too. This unit is a great balance between being heavy enough to do hard work, but light enough to use without getting tired. ... show more

  • Perfect balance of power and weight
Style: Max Demolition Hammer
Great chipping hammer. 2nd one of these I own. Used for tile and mortar removal. Perfect balance of power and weight. I own a smaller and larger Bosch tool but this is the one I prefer. The power is amazing for its size.

  • Great tool. Very powerful.

Outstanding tool. Lots of power. Great for tearing up ceramic tile. Very happy with this purchase.

  • Good power and vibration control but poor off switch location
Style: Max Demolition Hammer
Typical Bosch tool, well made, ergonomic, and an appropriate weight for its power class. No issues scaling mortar, chipping up tile, or breaking concrete. Adjustable handle is comfortable and the vibrations are fairly well damped. My only complaint is that the off switch is too easy to hit while manipulating the tool, especially if you have a dust collector on and are working around the hose. Eventually you dont bump it as often but that flaw stands out against all the good aspects. ... show more

  • Great product and great price
Style: Max Demolition Hammer
I bought this to replace a Bosch 11316 that had been repaired six times with new brushes and finally had to be put down. I own two retail flooring stores and use this to remove tile and wood flooring and to periodically chisel out a slab to run new plumbing lines for shower and bath renovation projects. This unit is more powerful and half the weight of the 11316 model it replaced. Great product and great price. ... show more

  • Great demo hammer.
Style: Max Demolition Hammer
Used this to break up a trench in the slab of a kitchen. Made the job easier. Not super heavy but easy to handle.

  • A must for the DIYer with lots of tile to demo, or contrator.
Style: Max Demolition Hammer
Remodelling 3 bathrooms and kitchen floor. Day 1 of the remodel, I tryed a hammer and chisel to remove the tile and concrete backer board. The next day I rented a 22 pound demo hammer for $100 a day which tore up the tile and my body. Wieghing in at around 15 pounds with the tile chisel attached, this is the perfect tool for a DIYer or professional. This is a very high quality tool that has aleady paid for its self in reduced demo time and cost. ... show more
