Love my new Stand mixer. Makes my home made bread making a lot easier. It is a medium size with all attachments that store right in the bowl when not used. It makes some noise but no more than the hand held mixers. It is sturdy with suction cups at the bottom to hold in place. Speeds vary but I only need it to go to medium at the most. The Red color is really pretty too. I did not want to spend $300 on a mixer so the price was perfect.

I got this thing 7 days before it's minimum delivery date which was awesome, worked straight out of the box, all attachments are metal as is the bowl, it goes quite fast and was able to make oatmeal rasin cookies with ease so I'm guessing it could take a lot more than that, and won't be decieved, 4 quarts was plenty big enough for me.

Love working with this mixer. It is light and easy to take apart and clean. It is the right size for our cooking needs. Looks very nice so it can stay out on the counter. It is durable and good quality compared to other mixers.

It works great; but I am only giving it a 4 star because only thing I didnt like was the mixer piece broke after my first use making cookies. its cheap plastic. overall remaining items work good. After I received my replacement mixer piece it works wonders it not plastic, it is metal. power is great, not very noisy (considering my son has a sensitivity to loud sounds this is perfect), fits perfect in my pantry cabinet.

I had the mixer for over a year now, and thought to make a review about it I have used it quite a bit to make dough for various pastries, breads, cakes, cookies and other desserts. I used all the attachments, including the whip whisker. I have to say, it did the job very well, and the dough that comes out of the bowl of this stand mixer is wonderful, and well mixed. I have made many cakes, bread, pies, and cookies and all came back better than what I expected. I have recently made cinnamon rolls using this stand mixer to make the dough, photos of which are included in this review. pros, quick to assemble, use, and clean. Easy to operate and to get the attachments hooked and unhook them. small in size, and easy to store. it has variable speeds and will allow you to adjust depending on your needs. have used now for over a year, with about 2-4 times/ month, with no major issues. No problems with rust so far. cons small size, and it won't fit more than 7 to 8 cups of flour at once, the performance won't be as predictable, as the mixer was struggling and shaking as it was trying to get the ingredients mixed but was able to complete it. I will buy a larger size stand mixer, as at times I need to make a bigger batch of pies and for time considerations, but not because of its functionality which I believe is very good to excellent. it is one of my must have, and one of the most important items in my kitchen for baking and making desserts which everyone enjoyed. Photos in review showing various breads, cakes, cookies, and other desserts made using the stand mixer with its 3 attachments I definitely recommend

Arrived as scheduled. Used to make bread dough first time and it did a great job using the dough hook of blending ingredients. Attachments install easily and I love the cover with the opening to add ingredients such as chocolate chips. The mixer stays in place due to the rubber feet. Motor is quiet but then I am also hard of hearing so take this comment with a grain of salt. I also like the color. If you are looking for a good mixer at a reasonable price than I recommend this one.

So, I have always preferred a stand mixer over a hand mixer. My mixer of choice was always Sunbeam. I've had, probably five mixers starting with a Harvest Gold one in 1978 (to be fair, two were free replacements for defective mixers). However, when the most recent one broke, I looked for a new, not-Sunbeam mixer. For me, the cost of a Kitchen Aid didn't make sense. For that kind of money, it needs to last at least 50 years, and I don't anticipate needing it for that long. However, this Hamilton Beach looked perfect for me, it had the essential attachments plus a spatter guard. The price was much more reasonable too. True, it only had one bowl, and it's a tight fit for adding ingredients, although the spatter guard helps a lot with that. Prior to the holiday week-end, I did a lot of baking and gave the new mixer a workout. It whipped cream beautifully, and everything was fully mixed. I worried a little about its lower power, but that really wasn't an issue for the tasks it had. I wish the bowl was a little bigger, and I wish I could find a second bowl without needing to buy a whole 'nother mixer. This mixer has a 4 qt bowl, and I'd be a little happier with 5 qt, but didn't see the need for the exponentially larger (and more expensive) mixer that takes the larger bowls. I'm just not going to be making that much stuff. This is a good mixer, the suction cups keep it firmly on the counter (too firmly sometimes if you want to move it slightly), and the beaters are great. Everything is easy to clean, and Amazon delivered it in good order. If you don't want Kitchen Aid for any reason, this is a very nice alternative. UPDATE - My search for a second 4 quart bowl for my mixer has led me to discover that, first, 4 qt is an unusual size for a mixer bowl, and second, even Hamilton Beach is out of stock. I am on the list to be notified, but you can't buy just any bowl to use on this mixer. If it's too big, it's not going to turn properly and the mixing blades will not reach the edges of the bowl. If it ever comes in, the replacement bowl will cost ~$50. Maybe this wasn't such a good deal after all. Kitchen Aid bowls are far easier to find. Because of my bowl issue, which might be unique to me, I've downgraded this mixer to three stars, from my original four.
