Fantastic phone that came looking almost new out of the box. The battery life is great, it lasts for quite a while without needing a charge. The overall look of the phone is elegant and paired with a LifeProof NEXT series case, it practically looks like art. The Samsung S21 replaced my S10+ and the size is very similar. The phone processor is very quick and it is very easy to get setup out of the box. Highly recommended this phone. The only downside is no AUX/ headphone jack or expandable memory option.

The phone was in new condition, it came in a white box with a charger and usb cord. Works great and my only complaint was the size. The screen is very tall, but was far too narrow for a decent sized keyboard, so I am finding it difficult to type with large hands. Phone was perfect for its size. The actual screen width is 67mm vs the Ultra with a 79mm horizontal screen width. Update, phone screen stopped working and went black after a few weeks. Lost all my contacts and accounts. Note, phone came with Samsung messaging and was attempting to force what they called an upgrade to google messaging (malicious app) update: screen started working again at random, then mobile network quit for a few weeks, then randomly started working again. The end call button does not end calls at all, it is just for looks, a glitch across multiple models by samsung. There was never any issue with the hardware, it works well.. the samsung software and firmware just isnt what it used to be.

Phone was in excellent condition PHYSICALLY, other than that it was awful. I paid for a useless phone. Within two days of purchase, phone started freezing and restarting countless times per day. A phone that doesn't work is exactly what you want to take on vacation, right? Thankfully, I hadn't finished transferring everything so I still had my old phone. I did everything possible, including a facotry reset a few times, and no difference. The phone would freeze up as it was restarting. It would freeze up around 50 times a day ( maybe more, I stopped keeping track). The fact that this started within 48 hours and I had barely even used it makes me think that this phone WAS NOT CHECKED THOROUGHLY BY THE SELLER. They probably saw that it turned on, did a factory reset and called it a day. If you sell refurbished phones for this price make sure that the phones actually work. I'm NEVER buying from this seller. I returned the phone but had too many frustrating moments during my vacation since the phone that I bought bc of the camera didn't work. I'd hate for this to happen to someone else as well. Amazon needs to do a better job with who the give their stamp of approval.

I am more than pleased with my Galaxy S21 5G (Excellent condition) phone! Like other reviews I had read of being skeptical and hesitant about buying a refurbished phone and what condition it would actually be in, I was happy to receive exactly what I wanted. My phone arrived 3 days earlier than expected, securely packaged and appeared in "new condition". I had no problems with activation and transfer of my data to my new phone, which honestly is the main thing I dread with getting new phones. After completing the transfer, my new phone has performed perfectly. I closely inspected it and didn't find any imperfections at all. However, I did notice the back cover of my new phone has been replaced with a plastic aftermarket type cover that doesn't have the Samsung name on it. But, that was not a deal breaker for me because it keep it in a protective case anyways and the function of the phone was more important to me. Included in the shipping box with my new phone was a new charging cord, charging cube, Sim card slot key and also seller contact information with warranty and return information also. Overall I am very happy with my new purchase experience and my new phone. I highly recommend this seller in buying a refurbished phone in hopes of settling any doubts you may have as I did initially. I will be purchasing another phone for my son next week from this seller after having such a good experience!

I was hesitating if buying a renewed phone would be a good idea since I've had mixed results in the past buying refurbished/renewed products on Amazon. However, this particular purchase went incredibly well! And I'm beyond happy and satisfied with my decision to not buy brand-new. The Samsung Galaxy S21 is seriously underrated compared to newer models. This phone's got it all! Superb cameras, a gorgeous 120Hz display and a super fast processor (even for today's standards). I can't really comment on the battery life since I just got my phone today, and it came with only 1% charge left. The phone seems to heat up quite a bit while downloading, updating and installing apps, which is to be expected. However, there are plenty configuration options to help tackle this and more issues. For instance, you can adjust the CPU Processing Speed, helping cope with larger processing loads or help extend battery life. There are certain, minimal comestic dents here and there throughout the phone's body and screen, but, as adevertised, they aren't really visible at a glance. I would definitely recommend buying this phone from this seller if you're looking for a renewed top-notch phone!

When I bought it I was pretty new to Samsung phones. Since then I bought and returned 3 other phones looking for an upgrade to my S21 from another phone manufacturer, came back to Samsung and now have an S24. Camera is very comparable to other flagships in its generation, battery life is decent and charging is pretty typical. Best phone speakers in my opinion. Lightweight and very durable in its frame and screen. Fingerprint is total garbage unless its spotless clean.

The phone overheats alot. And it will say this call is being recorded out of no where and start recording the call. Some people can my text messages some people don't.I only purchased cause I needed a temporary phone. I wouldn't buy again. But I am grateful for this phone til I get a new one. And another thing is the charger cord they send u feel like it came from the dollar store cause it don't charge ur phone at all. I had to go purchase a cord
