We purchased this coffee maker after ours quit working. We were looking for a coffee maker that would brew single serve with our own grounds, then we found this one. For the cost it was a contender with a few other brands. This one came in some fun color choices so between reviews and a fun color we made this choice. We absolutely love this coffee maker. It has many brew choices that’s a huge bonus. We really enjoy the single serve side, brews quickly even using the bold option. It comes with a reusable filter, rinse it out and your done. When using the full pot side it brews quickly enough with a good quality taste, not colored water. We purchased a reusable filter for the carafe side. The material used is a nice quality, plastic but durable. Love the coffee carafe! No leaks and easy pour. The heating element on the carafe side keeps the coffee HOT!! Very satisfied with this coffee maker and would purchase again.

Been using this coffeemaker everyday for 5 months now. READY TO GIVE HONEST REVIEW....I really like the versatility of this Coffee Maker. Some mornings I want to brew a full pot, while other times I only need one cup, so having both options in one machine is extremely convenient. It also saves me from having two different coffee makers taking up counter space. The 12-cup glass carafe is a great size when making coffee for more than one or when I know I’ll want a second cup. For those times when I just want something quick, the single-serve side is exactly what I need. I also appreciate being able to make either hot or iced coffee depending on what I’m in the mood for. The coffee comes out nicely brewed and flavorful. The Auto Pause & Pour feature is another small convenience that I use more than I expected—it’s nice to be able to grab a cup before the entire pot has finished brewing. The controls are straightforward, and I like the clean black finish. It’s a very practical everyday coffee maker and a good option for a household where everyone doesn’t necessarily drink coffee at the same time. Perfect for busy families. The only thing I don't LOVE is that the coffee does not remain HOT for very long. But, this is not a deal-breaker since this machine offers so much more, it's not a deal-breaker.

First of all let me say i am very picky when it comes to coffee pots ,so for me to give this a five star is big! Reason being,the temperature of the coffee is hot .i like my coffee hot when it is first brewed until the pot is empty ,this exceeded my expectations .the coffee pot pours perfectly without spilling at all ,another big must for me .thirdly i really like the one cup brew option .i admit i thought it took kcups ,IT Does Not.but all i do is add two teaspoons of my ground coffee and it brews a perfect cup ..comes with a removable filter basket just dump rinse and ready for your next cup ..i do prefer the taste of ground coffee over kcups so this is the perfect option for me .best of all it comes in blue which is my kitchen colors so win win all the way around ..i promise you will not be disappointed with this coffee pot :) also it is super easy to program .

Our Ninja coffee maker was great but dying. Really tired of spending $125+ for this small appliance that only lasts two years or so….we’ve replaced a lot of coffee makers! I’d been looking at this unit but when the price notably dropped during Prime Days, that was it! Still, I didn’t have high hopes for this inexpensive unit. No clue about its lifespan (yet), but so far I LOVE IT! There are two downsides: it brews slooooooow on both sides, pot or cup. The other is a common issue—aiming water in the lid opening is rough if there are cabinets overhead. Even without cabinets the fill area is rather small and awkward (coming from a Ninja with a separate water tank). Upside is everything else is awesome! Brews VERY hot….like a $600 coffee maker a coffee master would buy. Coffee tastes excellent from extruding at 200+ degrees using the “bold” setting, and the warming pad keeps it very hot! Ninja didn’t come close. Controls are super easy to use, looks beautiful and more expensive than it is, carafe pours beautifully without the drips at the end, delay timer and “stop dispensing to grab a cup” features are perfect. If you’re in the market for a coffee maker and you don’t require flashy manufacturing labels or endless brewing options—this is the unit!! Buy it!!!

I love the color and features. I can make a single cup of coffee without needing a pod (huge plus!) in addition to a larger batch in the pot. It has different brew settings which I also love. It's nearly perfect but the only con for me is the heating element. It gets too hot and if you don't drink it quickly, that overheated, burnt smell comes on quickly. I have the Ninja coffee maker as well and it can keep your coffee hot for hours without burning. Not sure what the technology is that makes that a possibility but this coffee maker doesn't have it.

I had an a month of use and let’s start saying that I like the single serve that is easy to add the coffee without any adapter or use K the only is I noticed that because is not paper filter at the end my coffee I can see some residue of the coffee but easy to operate. The carafe keep the coffee very hot I only keep there for maybe 30-40 minutes and noticed that coffee change in flavor and color probably because of the heat which with my previous coffee maker didn’t happens, but over all I’m happy with my purchase . I like that is small compared with other brands that has the same functions

We purchased the blue color and let me tell you it does not disappoint!!! It’s so beautiful! If that’s even a thing for a coffee maker, lol. Quality and functionality really should be the star right. I love that this coffee maker has the duality. You can make one full pot, or you can make a cup. Even with the single cup option you have many different sizes to make. It’s extreme user friendly. We have owned a couple Hamilton beach coffee makers in the past and for the price, the durability is really worth it. We also own a Bunn, which is much more expensive. The Hamilton Beach brand doesn’t usually last as long… but you have to expect that with the price points. But I’ve never been disappointed with Hamilton Beach. I haven’t noticed any leaks or anything wrong so far. It’s not the quietest as far as making noises. But it’s also not the loudest machine. It’s just a normal coffee maker noise. I’d highly recommend this coffee maker!

I was trying for something functional and easy for my 75 year old MIL and the rest of the house. I trained her how to work the digital screen- it's pretty easy otherwise. The single cup serve takes FOREVER and it seems the coffee drinkers are inpatient. Also, small bits of coffee grounds flos over and come out of the mesh holder into the mug. The pot serve, make sure to get big regular filters. It's much faster brewing.. Taking the pot out to pour then putting it back in is difficult. The spring tip to the basket hangs so low that you really need to figure out how to push it in or be forceful to not break anything. The MIL is not happy and especially before she has had her coffee. Now I'm stuck with a slow and spring low coffee maker. But the blue color is nice and sleek!
