Compressor pumps out about a pound and a half of air per minute (rough calculation) and I don't have to stand there and hold the nozzle on the valve stem. While none of us has needed to use them for our own vehicles, thank goodness, one niece has come to the aid of at least 3 strangers with dead batteries in parking lots. This is the second one I purchased, this one as a gift. I have used mine to fill air in car and car and bike tires any time I need to instead of going to a gas station and paying for it. It fills it air really fast and accurately/you set the psi and that’s it. The charge lasts a long time too (at least 3 months to be 100% in my experience). Small and compact too. Bought this for my daughter in Alaska. Even after being plugged in, her car would not start in sub zero weather. She attached it to her battery and after the second attempt, the car started. She was related. We bought this so she would not be stranded for hours in minus 20 degree weather, waiting for Auto Service to come start her. She said that it hardly used any stored energy.
