It takes me less time than a flat iron since the brush can grab wider sections or strands of hair to pull and straighten, it doesn't weigh much and my arms didn't get tired. Good buy. I really like that it comes with very useful accessories! It's important to follow the instructions.

I have very thick, wavy hair that takes FOREVER to flat iron (pictured first) and I was able to do it with this brush in around 10 minutes after blow drying! This is an awesome product. You will definitely need to use a form of heat-protecting spray or protective coating due to the high heat. Also highly recommend starting on the lowest heat setting first though, it does get pretty hot. Also, remember that the back of this brush gets VERY hot and will burn you! Definitely a good deal for the price, would recommend to my friends.
