We got off to an unhappy start with this PC. Because of illnesses and hospitalizations, we never had the opportunity to set it up, and finally, after several months, we found that we couldn't because of an issue with the software. We e-mailed the support email on the package, and someone (I wish I knew this person's name) was so wonderfully helpful. After a few informational emails, they were kind enough to have another one shipped to us, and i didn't mind at all that I had to pay for shipping as they were doing us a huge favor by allowing us to return it well after the return date. Set up was extremely easy. There's very little bloatware on this PC (I just wish I could get rid of Edge and Bing - I hate they way they take over and do what they want - not what I want.) Connectivity to my wi-fi is excellent, and I haven't had a drop-out which I'd been experiencing with the PC this is replacing,. Connecting my printer was faster and easier than I've ever experienced. It was literally "push this button" and done. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with this. I did have get get new bluetooth speakers since something kept resetting the output audio with my old speakers, but I'm happy with my upgrade which I also bought on Amazon. The only thing I'd like would be for two more USB ports. I've had to add a USB hub for the peripherals I need to add, but that's a small thing. Being the old-fart I am, I am still amazed when I see a small unit like this that works so well and has this much power. Now, the person who uses this is not a gamer, so I don't know how well it would function playing games, but for endlessly watching Youtube videos while having at least six other windows open, it does an excellent job. So far, we're really happy. A major thank you to the kind person at Alliwava support who helped us out and came to our rescue.

Listen, you pay $170, you cannot expect a high-performance machine and I bought it for online school and some casual browsing, so that was fine by me. But, I do expect the machine to stay turned on. After about a month of owning it, I started getting the blue screen of death once or twice a week. Usually when it happened, it would crash two or three times consecutively. Additionally, the wireless card is fairly unusable for streaming. I was only able to get about 4 Mbps on the WiFi while other devices (smartphone, laptop) were getting ~30-40 Mbps rates in the same room. Bottom line, it's cheap and you're rolling the dice. I knew it when I bought it, now you know it. If you're like me and can't say no to the price and want to give it a whirl, fire it up and use it as much as possible in the first 30 days. After that you can't return it and you'll be like me - feverishly writing a bad Amazon review hoping your computer doesn't Blue Screen before you have a chance to finish typing.

I was skeptical at first that this could actually deliver. But 1.5 months in so far it was been an upgrade from my old desktop tower - at half the price. Runs 2 large monitors and some high end programming editors. No problems. Was quick to set up and it helps if u have a msft account already as everything is then easy to load. Connected to wifi easily. The unit isn’t loud tho sometimes u can hear the fan when it is processing a lot of info. Is very easy to get into and add hardware. Pleasantly surprised so far - I can take it from my office to home and have all my work etc ready to go. If this continues I will add a few more for my household.
