When the wife says "we need to start working out more to stay healthy," she really means "you need to start working out more because it's hanging over." So with my busy work schedule and spending as much time as I am able to with my children, I have small gaps throughout the day for working out. This gym setup is convenient and offers a wide range of exercise options. Pros: - Space efficient. Once assembled, this home gym is surprisingly compact. it fits nicely into the limited space in my garage. The top bar is bit high and may interfere with opening the garage door if placed under the opened garage door. - Durability. The frame is sturdy and made of steel. It will not be as heavy and sturdy as the professional equipment I am used to at the gym but for the purposes of a home gym, it is very adequate. Adding the weights onto the frame also adds stability to system while working out. - The workout. While marketed as a total body workout, machines such as these are really for the purposes of upper body (arms, chest, back and shoulders). There is a built in bar for leg extensions and if you are creative, you can find ways to workout other parts as well. But these type of machines are really for focusing on upper body. - Weights. This system is made with light to medium weights. This is great for the average person who is not a weight lifter. - Assembly. Luckily, assembly is pretty straightforward. Cons: - Instruction manual. The manual is not very well done but luckily, the assembly is pretty straightforward. - Weights. If you are used to heavier weights, this gym is not for you and will likely disappoint since the maximum weight is only 100kg. - The gym may shake and feel unsteady with aggressive workouts at heavier weights. This is fairly typical even with professional equipment at the gym. Overall, I am very happy with this system since it allows me to get in 30 mins to an hour workout between work and play time with the kids. We have a treadmill for cardio and ample floor space for core workouts so this is a great addition for upper body building.

Missing parts to put together when I reached out the company didn't want to help I'm a retired owner of four commercial gyms in the past and ran multi-million dollar health clubs will not recommend this company or machine terrible customer service do not buy. Although the quality of the machine is good what good is it if you can't get the parts or put it together right no video you can't read the paper of instructions.

I received my gym on November 15 of 2021 and hired someone to put it together in December -2 pieces were missing and now it is January 2022 and I have not received the pieces so I cannot use the gym I am very disappointed.

We had no problems putting this together. I put together with ease. It did take a day to do this since I took my time to read the directions. We work out on this all the time. I love having my own gym since these days going to the gym requires a mask. I should of bought this long ago

It was a pain to put together. It took two men over two hours to do it because the manual is pathetic. There are no exercises shows in Emanuel either and the seats do not adjust. I have no idea what I’m doing on this contraption I am requesting a refund save your money and don’t buy.

This machine is like going to the Gym pre Covid. I am 65 and when Covid arrive I could not do my every other day work out. Problem solved.Assembled in my Basemat which has a &'-8" ceding height. which is ample space. I feel alive again.
