Issues with pump and rather than replacing the filter/heater pump they want the entire hot tub sent back. Sending the entire hot tub back once it's set up is pretty much a pain in the ass. Not sure why they couldn't just replace the part other than that the tub is a nice size easy to set up and when it worked was nice
