The media could not be loaded. I need a treadmill that would fit in a small space in my office/guest room and this was exactly what I needed. It is compact and with four quick adjustments can fold up and slide under the bed if we are having guests. For work, it's quiet enough I can use it while on long calls to get some steps in. The treadmill arrived quickly and was packaged well. Only takes a few minutes to unpack and set it up. It has some different programs you can pick from and you can track some basic information.     • Good Treadmill with an odd feature
This treadmill does the trick. The track itself is kind of narrow so be advised if you have a wide gait. My only complaint is that somehow the audio feature is connecting to some nearby establishment and calls the store when it turns on. I have heard the voice of a gentleman answering the “phone” and getting frustrated, then hanging up. I believe it may have connected to a nearby bluetooth as well and started playing music. I don’t know how it does that or why but for the function of the product it works great. It doesn’t happen consistently either otherwise I would provide evidence. ... show more

    • First negative review ever. TERRIBLE customer support.

I have never ever written a bad review before but I’m just shocked by the level of unprofessionalism of the customer support. I have been lucky enough to receive a faulty unit. It turns itself off automatically from overheating after around 40 minutes of use, followed but a strong burning odor. I’m 176lbs and use the machine for power-walks not running which should be more than fine given the treadmill’s specs. I contacted GYMAX twice via Amazon, the first time the customer support said it was normal for that to happen, the second time they completely ignored my extensive email describing the issue and offered me a $30 refund to keep the faulty machine. I have had the unit for less than a month. So, I get $30 to keep a faulty treadmill and it supposedly has 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. I just request a full refund and will challenge any charges from now on just to make a point that that’s not how you treat customers. I understand that issues happen all the time but customer support should work with me on fixing the issue and not completely dismiss my concerns. ... show more

I live in NYS and our gyms are closed due to covid indefinitely (eye roll), needed an affordable alternative for a small space. This was an excellent find. It’s super cute, sleek, folds up beautifully, wheels on the bottom allow it to roll on harder surfaces when folded. As soon as I got it, I ran 2 miles on it and it is shockingly sturdy. It is by no means the sturdiness of a gyms quality treadmill, but this is home use, it’s perfect. The Bluetooth speaker connected easily. Honestly I love it. Nice treadmill but…. - Arrived very early! Like a week early. - A bit heavy to manage when getting out of box. I am strong & got it done, but 2 people would make things easier. - Pretty easy to set up. Instructions weren’t horrible, but could use some improvement. Took about 10” once I got treadmill in proper position. - I am glad it is heavy… it doesn’t bounce or “walk” when on it, even at a light jog. I put kitchens mats on front & back to protect floors & also help prevent any “walking”. - You can elevate it, but I didn’t see instructions on how to attach the two brackets. Brackets look pretty flimsy…. I might try at a later date. - Can’t figure out how to lubricant. The instructions have a horrible picture & to me, the directions aren’t clear. Thank goodness, since it’s new, I don’t think it needs it. - Easy to change speed & such from the display. - Be careful, it suddenly stops… if I touched it weird managing my phone that sits in groove on top. Haven’t figured out what I am doing for it to stop like that. So I am very careful. - Bluetooth speakers are nice add on, but the sound coming out isn’t. When I try to use my wireless from my phone, the treadmill connection will sometimes take over. So I have to use my wired earbuds. - I get light shocks when tough metal bars on handles. Nothing crazy, just you know you’re touching metal. - There are programs you can set, but haven’t figured out what consists of the programs. I hit one and it was for a certain time…. Not the amount of time I needed. Nice if they explained the programs. Haven’t found any info yet. - My biggest complaint is the LED screen. It drives me NUTS. I have only used 4x and already it’s not displaying properly. See images provided. I think it’s the “3” that displays as a “9”. Haven’t figured out what the backwards “9” really should be. I haven’t called the company yet. But VERY disappointed that after only 4 uses it’s already breaking. - For no apparent reason, the display will chime. 🤷🏻♀️. Again, a better manual would help. -I like that the display can fold flat if you want to put a desktop on it. I decided since I have problems working just my phone & walking, no WAY I can operate a computer! Lol - I guess it’s quiet. As my first treadmill, I have nothing to compare to. With the other reviews, I thought it would be more quiet. It seems more quiet now the belt has settled. - I downloaded the app. I think you can control the treadmill from there & compete with others. I stopped using it immediately because it took over my phone. When I tried to listen to music, it suddenly stopped the treadmill. From what I can tell, you can’t use app simultaneously with other apps. Though, will take a look and see if there’s more info about the pre-installed programs. - For the money & what I using it for…. get a quick walk/jog in when it’s too cold or wet outside, it’s fine. But for someone who is a serious runner & concerned about speed, distance & such, I wouldn’t recommend. There are too many bugs. Hope this all helped. ... show more

I'm crazy about this little treadmill! I wanted something small and foldable to stash away for when I'm not using it. It's small, quiet, easy to move, easy to pull out and start up. I love that the top piece is flat to set things on like a tablet or book. I do wish the desk piece would extend higher, I'm 5ft 2in and it's at hip height. But I just set it up in front of my bar top to work at so I can stay active while doing work on my laptop. It arrived fast and the packaging was sturdy. Great purchase! ... show more
