My chickens love this coop! It is very easy to clean, move, and use all together. I built this by myself, took me about 4 hours with distractions and sun set, but was still very easy to put together. You definitely get your money's worth as it is very durable and spacious.

Loving this coop so far! Easy to put together and very spacious. I have 4 hens and the coop could hold maybe 2-3 more comfortably. I also added an additional higher roost bar. My only WARNING is that you must air the coop out for at least 36 hours. It stinks bad and would absolutely asphyxiate your chickens. Also make sure you put it together in a well ventilated space!! Headache and all!!

Very good for the price and will likely last ~5 years in our East Texas weather. Showed up with 2 dings in the roof (that my husband sealed with epoxy to keep waterproof) hence the star off. Using as a rest and sleep coop for our youngest hatched flock members which are mostly cockerels. It will be their bachelor pad/ sleep hutch when ready to free-range once older.

I took my time and put this together by myself. Including breaks and distractions a total of almost 4 hrs. I love it and my ducks love it! I'm sure it will need maintenance to make it last our harsh seasons in SW Missouri, but all in all this is a fantastic set up for a beginner duck keeper like me! I should add that 2 boxes arrived very quickly and when I eagerly unpacked and realized there was too much missing and there must be a 3rd box, both Amazon and the company's customer service were very helpful in confirming there will be a 3rd box and that FedEx would show delivered only after it arrived. That was only 2 more days. I imagine FedEx just missed it and it needed to be routed back to me.

Edit - 1 year later, It's falling apart. The rear door is tweaked and doesn't close easy, one of the nesting box lids feel off the hinge/wood deteriorated away. I have it under a tarp roof too, so it doesn't really even get wet. The birds never use the nesting boxes. i have to hunt for eggs all the time. The sliding door is non-standard size which makes putting an automatic door on it hard. I had to build a frame to bolt it to. I have 5 chickens, 6 would push the limits. 90% of the time, except in extreme cold, they prefer to sleep on the roof of it instead of inside it. Planning to build one myself in the spring. So far so good. pretty easy to put together. The material is thin as i expected it to be. don't run this without it being inside something else for predators. We put this as the house within the run. The birds enjoy it. they sit on the nest boxes outside sometimes. Roof keeps them dry. They go in by themselves every night. Recommend getting an automatic door to keep them dryer, or close/open it every night. Had a bit of a smell at first, likely the paint, but it aired off now.

picture makes it look like it bigger than it is. came in 3 very large boxes and when put together it's not very big. although this product is built really well.

Easy to assemble and well designed but the wood is where things start to go wrong. All the hinges, latches, and hardware work well. The asphalt roof and hatch seals are a great addition and the metal floor is easy to clean. It is a good design and the chickens seem comfortable in it. However, the wood is very light like poplar but I'm guessing it is heat treated because it is very brittle. It cracked where the nesting boxes meet the main sidewall. Easy fix with brackets, but now im wondering if i should replace it with something more substantial. Perfect for starting out. I have 2 Orpingtons, 3 Reds, 2 Americauns and they all fit without any trouble.

Great coop! I have backyard chickens and was looking for an appropriate hen house to keep the flock safe from weather. I have a fairly good sized run already but the chickens refused to use the shelters I have in place. Plenty big enough to hold my six, I’m not sure it would comfortably hold 8 but there are 6 brooder spaces with convenient lift up roof to collect eggs, screen covered windows for ventilation and a pull out tray for easy cleaning. Since I already have an enclosed run, I didn’t get the additional cage portion you can order with it.
