I liked this safe so much, I bought two of them. They are a perfect size. I have it screwed down, and there are multiple ways to open this safe: fingerprint, code or key. It has a good amount of size inside, and the clasp seems pretty sturdy. You might even consider this safe for things other than guns, if that's your fancy. The biometric safe exceeded my expectations. It has several forms of unlocking (fingerprint, PIN and key which makes it very practical and safe. Access is quick and perfect to have the gun at hand in case of emergency.

The led doesn't stay lit up. I've had it hooked up to the charging for the last week and it's still not charged. Can't set the time and the date with the button on the inside of the safe. Safe is nice fingerprints easy to use

    • Good Gun Safe - except for the fingerprint function
I bought this gun safe to store my 9mm hand gun. I wanted something with quick/easy access. This is a nice sturdy safe and it has a cable so it is not so easy to carry off. Using the key to open the safe works very well. Setting up the passcode and fingerprint access was also easy to do. So far, each time I have opened the safe using the passcode it has worked perfectly. When attempting to access using the fingerprint, it is hit and miss if it is going to work. I have even rescanned 2 fingers and still it doesn't always work. When it isn't working and I go back to the passcode, then try the fingerprint again, it might work. Bottom line, if looking for a biometric gun safe, this one is not very dependable. Otherwise, it is a nice safe. ... show more
