Delivered in good condition, plastic bag. Product is very small and made out of cheap plastic. Color is not purple, but more of a lavender pink. Have not tried it yet

This is a great little mixer. It's light and not heavy, and the 5 speeds are great. I've been using it to make cookie dough and ice had no issues with the motor. It's had no trouble busting through the dough. The beaters snap in and pop out when ejected. I would definitely buy this again.

I recently got in to baking but I also don't want to drop all this money in to a new hobby that might not last so I found this mixer. And its pink so that's a plus! I was super excited to use it once it arrived. I used it to make chocolate chip cookies, and when I was mixing the wet and dry ingredients it started to smell funny. I didn't even use it for 5 minutes. Of course I got nervous and turned it off and it was super hot. I used it on a low speed to finish making the cookies but I was hesitant. I used it again to whip cream cheese and eggs and it smelled again but I just continued using it to see what would happen and everything seemed fine. So long story short you get what you pay for, it works but you just don't want to over work it; and if I'm planning on staying with the baking hobby I will be looking in to an upgrade.
