I did like this cuff because it is pretty decently sized and it does fit around most patients' arms but really my only complaint is that there isn't a strap for the pressure guage to clip on. It does have a clip but no strap for it. It can be inconvenient giving me 1 more thing for me to juggle. Other than that? The build quality is nice enough and it's fairly compact in the bag. I would definitely recommend finding a cuff that has a loop for the pressure guage to clip onto but it's quite nice if you don't mind going without that feature. ... show more

My wife recently underwent shoulder surgery, after which her blood pressure spiked. We had to start monitoring it at home. We had an old Sprague Rappaport stethoscope and cuff with which we used to monitor our daughter's lungs (they had cystice fibrosis), but the bulb was useless after sitting for so long. After a fair amount of research, I chose your cuff. Your cuff is easy to use, even though the person using it (me) is not as practiced as he once was. But, your instructions are clear and concise, and I am again starting to get the hang of it. The D ring makes it easier to tighten than was the old cuff. The gauge is eminently readable, and the clip on the back is very helpful (our old gauge did not have one). The cuff is very accurate (we have an automatic Omron, purchased years ago to monitor my blood pressure, so we can compare the readings). The readings are nearly identical, and to me your cuff is more accurate, and both my wife and I prefer your manual cuff. It is an outstanding product, and the price is more than reasonable. I highly recomment it to anyone who needs to have a blood pressure cuff. Thank you. ... show more
