First- about me. I'm 5'9", 175lb with fairly broad shoulders. I've been doing a lot of desk work, so I'm in this chair easily 8-10 hours/day. Assembly Overall it's not too bad. I did it by myself in about 25 minutes with no additional tools. Would have helped having a second person but it was still doable. Pieces popped together pretty easily. Comfort I love sitting in this chair. It rocks back a bit it you want, and the pillows are removal and adjustable (I took off the lumbar pillow). For my desk it fit better to leave the arms off the chair but I still love it. It reclines really far back and once you accept that you won't fall backwards it's very comfortable. Throw in the foot rest and I could definitely really a nap in this thing. Features The speakers work well with the Bluetooth adapter. It's not mind blowing sound but it's decently crisp. The channels didn't come through quite right when I wired in directly, but that wasn't a big deal. Overall they're useable and provide a nice little bonus. The chair is very sturdy. I have little kiddos who like to climb, and even when I'm reclined and they climb up on me it still holds well. I have it on carpet, and with a mat down it rolls well. I just received this chair yesterday, so I may update the review in the future regarding durability. That being said, this chair is SO cute. My boyfriend has a different chair from this brand which led me to buy this chair. He has had his for years, and influenced me. It was pretty easy to build, I will say that I think the pictures in the assembly instructions could be better. Some were hard to make out as far as orientation of the parts. Overall though, pretty easy, probably took an hour for me. I imagine it can be built even quicker as I was distracted with the TV and such when I built it. I feel like to fully rate the quality I will have to see how it holds up after using it a decent amount. But as far as building, all of the parts feel nice and decent quality. Sturdy as well. Everything fit together just how it should, no wobbling or crooked parts. Ergonomically, the chair is comfortable. My only gripe is the firm seat, but I think that is personal preference. It's not rock solid, just not as cushiony as I personally prefer. Nothing a seat cushion can't fix. I love the arm rests. I work in an office and always loved the adjustable ones. I was happy to find a gaming chair with these types of arm rests, as I haven't found too many. As for the footrest, I like the idea of it but with the way I constantly adjust my position I am worried about how it will hold up, hopefully I can find it useful. I do think that is based on personal preference as well. Note: I did not put the wheels that came in the box on the chair. I ordered a set of office chair wheels that are similar to roller blade wheels. I'm an upstairs neighbor and it makes things smoother and less noisy. So I do not have a review on how smoothly the chair moves with the intended wheels. Overall, I think I'm going to really enjoy this chair. Very good chair for gaming and just in general. With plenty of support, adjustments, and comfort this chair is a great buy for a low price. Instructions were easy to follow for assembling the chair. Although it did come with a broken piece, GtRacing's support did not hesitate to send a replacement. This chair plenty of comfort in the back and neck pillows. The seat itself was very firm and did not cushion me much at first which had me worried and in pain a tad bit, but I've since adjusted to it and find it very comfy. I will say that I tend to get very hot sitting in this chair at times, but that could just be me. I've also noticed that it is a tad bit on the shorter side in terms of chair height adjustment and footrest length. The arm rests are adjustable and can move slightly side to side if you need. Very handy. The footrest is a must have for me. I tend to use it 90% of the time while sitting down. It can also serve as a little desk / table for food if you wanted. The bluetooth speakers are great, easy to use, and a novelty for when you have guests over. While there isnt much bass, they sound clear and can be as loud as you need. Although console support is mentioned, my ps4 pro would not connect to it, and I have seen other reviews mention you need a certain adapter. Bummer. But I mostly just use it for my phone anyway so not that big of a deal. All in all a very good gaming chair for a decent price. I would tell you to consider this chair with the footrest but without the bluetooth speakers for an even cheaper price unless you just really want it all like I did 😉. ... show more
